I have an intercept that creates a contact in the directory, however it has some information that would be needed to be updated at every interaction. For example one of the information that are created with the user is the service they used, this may change over time, however with this connection the contact is just created using the java and it does not update the contact after this first interaction.

Is there a way to maybe add a java script in the survey to capture the new user information, or is there a way to update this information using the java that already exist to create the contact?

Or is there any way to update this information?
