Hello @AshleyBSCI, thank you for your question! Apologies for the delay as I have been out for the holidays. The difference in processes might be due to different licenses. However, you are correct in choosing Survey Response. After doing so, click Finish on the screenshot message you have. Once you’ve done that, click the + icon underneath the response section and click the Add a task option. After doing this, you should then see the Email Task option!Let me know if you have any other questions. 😁

I’m broadly thankful to all of the insights that the Qualtrics community helps me bring to my organization and bring people along on the CX journey. Customer experience is a new thing in government, and many of my colleagues have a dose of skepticism about whether it will be a lasting practice, and how they can use it to improve the effectiveness of their work. Hello @vaneskaw, great question! Text Entry questions have a section labeled “Text Type” and they can be changed from Single Line (the regular size) to different options like “Essay Text Box” which is the one shown in the video. You can view this Support Page for more information.Alternatively, you can also expand the text boxes themselves by dragging them with the bottom right triangle inside the textbox itself. Hello @Rod_Pestell, thank you for your questions! While I don’t have all of the details yet, I do have some answers for you. I think @ElieD did a great job explaining Discover. The answers to some of the data model questions:Right now, it’s just 1 dataset per 1 dashboard. We are not migrating existing datasets to joins / data models, you can just choose to create new joins if you want / it applies to your data. We’ve covered the limits as best as we can on the support pages. However, I have reached out to our product team to see if I can provide some more specifics.For your ticketing question, I recommend reaching out to Qualtrics Support as they should be able to provide some guidance with both ticketing and workflows.
