Topic: Managing Survey Availability

 

If you’ve ever received the message “Sorry, this survey has already expired” while testing out a survey and not known what to do, then you likely have never used the survey availability setting. Survey Availability is the updated version of survey expiration; this setting allows you to set an expiration date when the survey will be closed to new respondents. 

 

You can choose between setting a specific start & end date or allowing the survey to collect responses so long as the status is active. For a more personalized experience, a custom expired survey message can be used to explain to new respondents that the survey can no longer be started, while respondents who are in the middle of a response will be allowed to finish their survey session after the expiration date.

 

Start proactively deactivating your surveys by using the survey availability feature today!
