Hi Simone, have you already defined an Embedded Data field in your survey flow to house the metadata? If so, you should be able to use the mapping described here to import it.

Franziska I ended up reviewing each response (ugh) and tagging the ones that seemed nonsensical and excluding them. I don't believe the survey project has any conditional response validation included, or at least it didn't when I was going running one in 2019.
In my experience, it does not learn from your updates. I feel like I remember someone from Qualtrics saying that wasn't yet a feature, either. I sure wish it was, though! Maybe you should submit a feature request!
The book I've been reading most recently is something I found on a topic I've been researching: "Censorship, Surveillance, and Privacy: Concepts, Methodologies, Tools, and Applications". It's an extremely compelling collection of 107 scholarly articles from various authors, though I warn any potential readers that the writing can be pretty dense!I would certainly recommend this book to many of my XM peers. As we consider how to best leverage both X and O data, it's important to have a foundational knowledge on how to best be the stewards of our customers' and employee's data. This book will certainly contribute to that foundation and therefore, I recommend it 10/10, though I must disclose that I've not read all of the articles within. (Also, I wholeheartedly agree with Betsy that after digging into stuff like this book during the day and in my studies, I just want to watch something in my downtime. Although, I'll admit I end up watching self-indulgent fluff instead of worthwhile conten

Are you signing in through Actions or Tools? I've found that Tools can be really temperamental, so if you're doing it that way, maybe try Actions instead?If you are using actions, try duplicating the action and then signing in through the duplicate.
It could be an issue with his spam folder. Sometimes my surveys get caught up in that. Since you've already tried resending the email, I would recommend creating an individual link for him and sending him that directly.
Are you using actions or tools to log into SFDC from Q? If you're using tools, I suggest instead using actions. Actions seem to be much more reliable, in my experience.If you're using actions, I'd recommend editing your action and inputting the credentials you used again.
I have found that it's possible to use math operations on embedded data date values only if the the date is in the YYYYMMDD format. In this case, you simply use math operations like normal. In this example, I'd imagine you'd do (CurrentDate - DateOfBirth)/365 and round it up to 0 decimals.
When you say "Survey A is showing 180 responses", where are you seeing that? I'm guessing not the Data tab because you mention you see 62 there.
Hi Rajan. Are you working in Actions? If so, each credential should operate on its own without interfering with the others. In fact, I've done testing on one action in Sandbox with other actions in the same survey connected via Prod and it's behaved beautifully. If you are working in Actions and having difficulties, I'd reach out to Support.Alternatively, if you're connected through Tools, I'd suggest considering switching to Actions. It's a much more robust connection and I find it easier to manage. Hope that helps!

Hi there, Sorry it took so long to reply. I was out of the office. What you can do is create a single variable (maybe named something like AnsweredCounter) and use the math operations to add 1 to it each time your branch is true. So instead of Q1yes = 1 in your example, you'd have AnsweredCounter = AnsweredCounter + 1
I would suggest refreshing your account. If that doesn't work, contact support since it sounds like something may be wonky.
I'm not well versed in HTML either but I believe that's typical for the two different email clients. You may want to ask on an HTML forum for further help.
I don't know of a way to do this natively but it sounds like a great idea for a feature request! You can submit one in the Product Ideas section of this community.
When you say that the action fails to execute, do you mean that it isn't executing when you expect it to or that it's actually trying to execute but failing? Very curious, either way.
Your thoughts are bang on! Unfortunately, what you're looking for is not currently possible natively. I highly recommend you submit a feature request in the Product Ideas section of this community. I'd be happy to vote for it once you do because I agree that the exporting response functions are lacking!
If you're a student, I recommend seeing if your university has a license. You might start with your university's Student Services. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any levels in between the free account and that first tier that you mention.
