I need to add a metadata linked to one of the column of my .csv, during the import of the responses. I'm not able to, but maybe I can edit this once I've imported the responses?

Hi Simone, have you already defined an Embedded Data field in your survey flow to house the metadata? If so, you should be able to use the mapping described here to import it.
