Hi, I'd like to be able to follow up on inactive Qualtrics users. Is there any way to automate this process? Can an email be sent to all of them with a reminder? Thanks

I had the same feature request before. my current practice is: export user data - filter out the inactive users based on last-login, no. of surveys/responses etc - send an email to them manually

I don't know of a way to do this natively but it sounds like a great idea for a feature request! You can submit one in the Product Ideas section of this community.
