Is the creation of personalized links having some problems at the moment?

Hi there, we wanted to launch a survey this afternoon. I have created a contact list and wanted to create personalized links using this list (worked perfectly fine last week). Now, I am getting stuck at the "Generate Links" process. It seems that it is loading, but nothing happens. I also tried to click on cancel or go to the previous page (which worked), and suddenly, the Contact list appeared in "Distributions" -> "Personal Links". But if I then try to download the links, it gets stuck again. Anyone having similar problems? Best regards
