In dashboard I hope you have added all “likert-scale” question field into one group field which has “number set” as a field type.Then in a bar chart can you try a metrics as average and the select the group field?

Separate End Messages

Is there any other skip logic / display logic in the survey builder section which terminating the respondent from another prior question route (before the survey flow branch logic)?Otherwise I don’t see any reason for not getting the end of survey with customize message (redirect URL) to it.

Delete all Tickets

There is no such UI functionality to delete all tickets at one go, but if you are familiar with Qualtrics API then you can follow the below steps: Export the ticket details (in CSV), it has the column ticket number which is the ticket key id.Here is the Qualtrics API - https://api.qualtrics.com/74478ffd002fc-delete-a-ticket Run this API through postman application, refer this youtube video for executing the API based on values from the CSV

Ability to attach files to a ticket

With Qualtrics API you can achieve the requirement,You will have to add some empty "ticket data” says file 2 URL, file 3 URL, file 4 URLThere should be one more ticket data which should have survey link something like "Add more files”, this link will be the survey link which will have a file upload question as well as you have to ask the user to enter the ticket id for which they want to add those additional file The call the below API through web service and pass the ticket data "file 2 URL” with the URL of the newly uploaded file. adding a question counter within specific block

You can also hardcode the value for the counter… Since, you will have to show the counter on each page so above the question text of a particular page you can put page 1 out of 6, for page 2 you can put page 2 out of 6.

You can use the scoring functionality of Qualtrics: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/scoring/This will automatically create an embedded data which stores the score. Since, you want to increment it by 1 so, you can give score 1 for Option A as well as for Option B. At the end of the survey or in email notification you can pipe-text the scoring embedded data.

Data Comparisons?

Since the scale for each matrix question is same so you can have 1 field group where you add statements from all 3 matrix question and keep the field type as "number set”.Then to show it in one widget/shart, you will have to add metrics based on the number of scale you have in your question. For example, if you have 5 scale rating then there will be five metrics and for each metrics you will have to use "top box” so for first metric select 1 to 1, for second one select 2 to 2 for third one select 3 to 3, for fourth one select 4 to 4 and for the fifth one select 5 to 5.

Loop and merge: export viewing order

You can create an open end question within the loop and merge, you can pipe-text the field name of the loop of merge into it so that for each iteration it will capture the field name and you can use this question to know which field has shown at which order. You will have to hide this dummy question by using JavaScript / jQuery.

Add ability to choose which columns are exported as numeric values or choice text

Unfortunately, there is no such option available for data export. But you can utilize the embedded data.Whichever column you feel you need in numeric value then store the recode value in the embedded data likewise for any column you like to have a text then store the answer in the different embedded data. But this exercise you can do before launch, else you will have to update the embedded data for already recorded response.

Summary of responsese

The “End of Survey” element will end the survey and wont allow the respondent to go back just in case if they want to change the answer.You can achieve the requirement by using a “descriptive text” question which you can present in a form of a table and use the piped-text for each survey question. Keep this descriptive text at the end of the survey. This will be the summary of the responses and then the respondent can click next to submit the survey.

Page counter

You can use embedded data to increment the count on every page load (if user click on next button) likewise if you have previous button then you can decrement the count and then use the embedded data as a pipe-text in the footer.

The embedded data element you added to the survey flow (as shown in the screenshot you shared in your comment) give a name to that embedded data (I hope you know what embedded data is and how we can name and assign value to it).Assign the value to that embedded data based on the condition you want to apply to categorization.Branch logic: Example:If Q1 = Option 1 Embedded data ("Category") = 1If Q1 = Option 2 Embedded data ("Category") = 2If Q1 = Option 3 Embedded data ("Category") = 3This is nothing to do with "create new field".

How to generate a good life cycle flow? - Exit Survey

#1) For lifecycle use cases it is always better to integrate Qualtrics with your employee database system. So that whenever there is a change in the status of a permanent employee/contract employee such as "hired / exit" Qualtrics will trigger the survey to that person. For some, If an email id is not existed then you can include any test email account (which you can monitor) so that you will get to see to whom you have to reach out for the feedback (you can do telephonic exit feedback or share the link with them on their phone through SMS / WhatsApp, considering you have their phone number) #2) In your employee database you should include this information as a part of employee info whether they are working at a shop or an employee with an email id. The data source is the default field and it should show you the value. And, if you have embedded data that stored the survey name in all 3 surveys then you can map it into one field and it will show you the option in the filter. You will have to keep the field type as "text-set".

Looking for Users that Leverage Segments & Lists for Non-Automated Surveys

There are two ways to tackle overwriting the embedded data values for the same contact in the Directory.Instead of embedded data you will have to make it as transaction data. However, the transaction data option is only available if you are adding contacts through automation or API. here is the support page which talks about adding contact automation through SFTP: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/iq-directory/automations/contact-import-automation/If the above option is not suitable and we only have option to create contact list manually then the contact identity resolution i.e. de-duplication need to be consider on more than one field. By default you will have email id as identity resolution but apart from email id you will have to add one more field and it will be "external data reference". You can include value in "external data reference" field such as "Q1, Q2, etc" based on the quarter for which you are distributing the survey. However, with this approach you will see same contact
