ServiceNow Task
If i understand it creates a ticket in servicenow.
My questions are:
It possible if I close that ticket in service now to have feedback in Qualtrics? Or is just one way information.
It is possible if I have a ticket in qualtrics, send information to open a ticket in servicenow?
