Add button to the End of the Survey Message to close intercept

Hi everyone!
I am new to HTML and Javascript, and I am having problems setting up an "End of survey message" with a button that closes a responsive intercept in a website. The button does appear at the end of the survey, but when clicking the button, the API that closes the intercpet does not work. 
Right now, my code is the following:

Which creative you are using?For pop-over creative, you can select the option of closing the creative as soon as the survey is completed. Here is the support page:https://www.qualtrics.com/support/website-app-feedback/creatives-tab/creative-types/pop-over-creative/#ChangePopOverOptions
