Hi, Is it possible to set Collaboration on a bunch of surveys at the same time? I want to share about 20 surveys with a colleague and want to know if there's a faster way than to set collaboration on each one of the surveys individually.
Hi,I have a survey to evaluate a Training session. We distribute it via QR codes, and within the survey url in the QR code, there is a url parameter that indicates &Training_ID=1So we have a couple dozen of different training ID’s.Each training has a name, location, type, etc.I do want to use the training’s name/location/type in my dashboards. i.e. what is the average satisfaction of the trainings in location B.I don’t want to add every single extra field into my QR code url, that makes the QR too dense. I only want the training ID in my url.What is the most efficient way to be able to use this additional data about the trainings?My current method is to add a Branch per training id.So branch 1: If Training_ID = 1, then Name = x and Location = A and type = z.Branch 2: If Training_ID = 2, then Name = y and location = B and type = yand so forthbut this is starting to be a whole lot of branches as our number of trainings is growing. Hi,I made a small change to my dashboard data (changed the mapping of 3 fields in one datasource).The dashboard has been re-indexing for about an hour now, and still shows 0% complete…Is this a normal timing? Or is this long and should I contact support? :)My dashboard does have a total of 53 datasources though (multiple touchpoint surveys, and a test-environment copy survey for each touchpoint as well). But I didn’t read on https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/saving-dashboard-data-edits anything about limits to the nr of datasources or impact on the re-index times… Thanks for your inputs,KrJoyca
Hi,I have made an intercept with a "feedback button" creative type.I have maintained the translations for the feedback button text.In my intercept rules, I have a part that checks "if current url contains nl_BE" and in the embedded data of the intercept I have Q_Language = static value NL.This setup works correctly for the survey itself: when I am on a page with nl_BE in the url, and I open the feedback button, the survey is in Dutch (NL).However,The text of the button itself remains in English!My browser language is English, and if I change my browser language, the button text does change languages as well.But the whole purpose of my setup with url contains nl_BE and the Q_Language ED is to improve the language selection, as the browser language isn't the correct one to use (you can't put an English button text on a Dutch site...)So, am I doing something wrong, or is this a shortcoming of the Qualtrics platform that the button text doesn't take the set language of the ED into account?
Hi,I’m using the “usage tags” on the surveys created inn my system.I use them in the context of the approval process. One of the tags is how many responses they expect on the survey, so that before approving the release the approvers can analyze if it still falls within the licence, and anothere is how they plan to distribute (anonymous, mail, qr, ...) because if it’s mail then the approver knows they should check if the survey owner knows how to properly select the audience and email template.Up to now, most approvers were brand admins, and could access the Usage tags.However we also have some non-admin approvers now. But I cannot find a way to give them visibility on the tags that had been added to the survey they are approving.Does anyone have an idea on how I can make that info visible for the approvers?I did find that the tags are also visible from the Tools menu, but this is greyed out for the approver…

Hi,I have setup the following Automation:first a contact import from a file on the Qualtrics File Service Then a linked email Distribution automation.The automation as such is running fine,but I would like to use a variable in the From name.As the From name, I would like to use our Brand name, plus as a variale the Country,so e.g. From “Qualtrics Belgium” or From “Qualtrics France”, depending on the metadata value of the country of the respondent that this distribution is sent to.I have tried using ${e://Field/Country} and ${m://Country} as variables for the country field, but this did not seem to work.Is it possible to use variables within an Automatin in the From name, and how should it then be done exactly?Thank you,
In the weekly release notes, I saw it is now possible to manually upload transactions, and send distributions to transaction groups. That's really helpful :)But I am now wondering, can I pipe transactional data into an email? If yes, how?For example, I upload a transaction "shop visit" with a tranactional data field "shop name". In the email distribution I'd like to say "thank you for your visit to [shop name]". In the "insert pipe text" menu in the email, I can only find add contact data and add embedded data. And in the add embedded data you need to type the data instead of choosing one, and then it becomes ${e://Field/ShopName} so I doubt that this is the correct format to refer to a transaction field as it starts with e:// And then further, also in the Dashboard the transactional data should be available,so therefore it needs to be present in the Embedded Data of the Survey.But also in the Embedded Data in the survey flow, I can't find how to fetch and store the transactional data.
Hi all,I am researching how to store B2B data in the XM Directory, where an Account can have multiple Contacts, and the Contacts receive the surveys. Hi,I have a question in my survey which scales from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree".When rolling out the survey to multiple countries, we have learned that in some countries it feels natural to scale question choices from positive to negative, while in other countries it feels natural to scale the question from negative to positive.Can I make the sequence of the scale points dependent on a variable in which I determine the Country? (I could make two questions, one for each scale direction, and put Display logic on each of them depending on country, but I am looking for a solution to keep one and the same question, because otherwise we have a lot of hassle of combining the two questions again into one to report them together in the dashboard).
Hi,I just clicked "try it now" on the Results section in one of my surveys and got the new Results in Dashboard style.However I'm trying to find a visualisation that I had in the old Results section (and I can still find in the Reports section), but can't seem to find in the new one:The Statistics table.I can only find in the Results section that I can add a table and add metrics Count, Min, Max, Mean. But Standard Deviation and Variance don't seem to be within the possibilities? Or am I not looking in the right place?Thanks,

Hi,I'm testing my intercepts with the bookmarklet, I selected "editing mode",but I notice that the actual survey does take the published version and the "editing mode" option only relates to the intercept rules.Is there any way to indicate that you want to test with the Preview mode of the survey?It's easier afterwards to delete "preview" type answers from the data&analysis of the survey results.

Hi, I'm trying to build a query that labels some answers as "no comment".That are comments to questions like "is there anything else you would like to tell us?" where people simply reply "no" or "not at this moment" or something alike.The problem is, when you make a query like this:no || no opinion || none || nopeThen an answer like "there is no fridge" is also selected.How could the query be written so that a reply that has just "no" without any other words, is selected?

Hi all,I have a dashboard with many sources, and the list of fields is growing quite long.I'd like to make some "generic groups" just to group some of the fields together so I can also collapse the groups in the field list.I can make Generic groups, but I can't seem to be able to drag&drop my existing fields into that group... am I doing something wrong, or is it not possible to group existing fields together and can you only do that when adding new fields?

Hi,I'm trying to log in to the Qualtrics XM app.However, when I click "login with username/password", I am getting an error message "no healthy upstream". When I click "we'll send you an email link", I get an error that there was a problem sending the email...Are there problems with the app at this time?on the Application Status page I can see there are problems with login on the CA1 region, I don't know if that is related to the app or not. My system is in the EU region. But the login page in the app doesn't know that without knowing any credentials.

Hi all,I'm struggling with the interpretation of the Key Drivers widget.I went through the documentation, but I'm still lost.Here is a screenshot of my widget and my raw data (raw data with conditional formatting in Excel). I have dynamical thresholds.My drivers are 5-point-scale questions (how much do you agree with... from strongly agree = 5 to strongly disagree = 1).My outcome is a 4-point scale question about stress. I have already recoded this variable in both directions, but the widget stayed EXACTLY the same.Currently the screenshot shows 1 = much stress (bad) and 4 = little stress (good), to be consistent with the drivers were also high score = good.So the X-axis for performance, that one I get: the drivers are ranked according to their average (also in my excel I calculated the averages below and these match with where the point is on the X-axis.But the Y-axis for Importance is the one I have trouble with.So I can see that "Strenghts" is the driver the most top-left.
