Hi,
I have setup the following Automation:
- first a contact import from a file on the Qualtrics File Service
- Then a linked email Distribution automation.
The automation as such is running fine,
but I would like to use a variable in the From name.
As the From name, I would like to use our Brand name, plus as a variale the Country,
so e.g. From “Qualtrics Belgium” or From “Qualtrics France”, depending on the metadata value of the country of the respondent that this distribution is sent to.
I have tried using ${e://Field/Country} and ${m://Country} as variables for the country field, but this did not seem to work.
Is it possible to use variables within an Automatin in the From name, and how should it then be done exactly?
