is there any way to calculate time difference between two captured time values in the embedded data.
Basically I have an ED field for date that is in this format MM/DD/YYYY. I would like to create a new ED field that just contains the YYYY portion of the first ED field so I can do a results report breakout by Year. Can this be done in Qualtrics or do I need to export to Excel then import?
Hi everyone, Does anyone know of a way to create a topic in Text iQ based on phone numbers? Currently we have to read through all of our comments on a daily basis to flag any with contact information and then forward it to our customer service team, so it'd be great if I could somehow automate this using Text iQ (just the flagging of the comments, not the actual forwarding off to the CS team). Hoping someone out there has a nifty way to do this, I can't seem to think up something crafty on my end! Thanks, Kristy
Anyone have this issue where months don't appear in time order in a widget ? Hoping images appears below but if not it has jun- aug- jul - sept I can manually update order in edit but it's a bit annoying It is feeding from a "month" column added to dataset rather than "complete date" Our months historically did not exactly align with calendar so for consistency we kept BUT can it still recognize as a date sequence?
I am setting up a survey where we will be evaluating statements on two likert scales - satisfaction and importance. There are 80 statements that will be divided by 7 steps, i.e., the statements to be evaluated will be presented in one of 7 steps. I can randomize the # of statements evaluated in each group. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT ALL OF THE STATEMENTS WILL BE EVALUATED IN THE RESPONSES? in other words, I want to be sure that all of my 80 statements will be evaluated by someone taking the survey. Is there any way of ensuring that? The size of the survey is 2000 for an desired response of 200. What determines the odds that all the statements will be evaluated by someone? We are expecting to set up the 7 sections in blocks. Is that a good approach? I'm very new at this, so please dumb down your answers. 😃
