❄️ Favorite Holidays | Badge of the Month | December 2023

My favorite holiday is by far Christmas time! Perhaps it’s because it’s the holiday that can be celebrated the longest (we like to follow Disney’s lead and celebrate immediately after Halloween!). It’s a great time of year to be with friends and family and I love that everyone is a lot more giving and selfless. My favorite food (snack) for the holidays is Peppermint Bark. Williams Sonoma makes a really good kind and recently came out with a s’mores version that I can’t wait to try. The peppermint and chocolate combo tastes and smells like Christmas to me!

👻 Spooky Season | Badge of the Month | October 2023

I love this time of year! Something my family and I will do to celebrate the spooky season will be to go to Disneyland’s Oogie Boogie Bash. My wife and I went last year to see how it was, and we were blown away with how fun it was! They close the park down and let you trick or treat with lots of Disney villains, all while being able to go on the rides with reduced wait times and enjoy everything else there is to offer! We’ll take our two children this time around and are excited for my daughter to experience trick or treating for the first time!

What does Complaints on an email list mean?

Hey @suneetraniga! Qualtrics unfortunately does not offer the ability to see who Complained. This may be due to security concerns but additionally, as documentation states, complaints could derive from the host (EX: Microsoft) marking the email as spam, or the respondent marking it as spam. If the respondent marks it as spam, they will be opted out of your mailing list. Seeing who opted out could aid in narrowing the results down. I hope this helps!

I am so excited to participate in this months discussion! I have a passion and love for photography that begun all the way back when I got my first iPhone - an iPhone 4S, when I started developing an eye for the world around me. I still have my first photo that I consider the turning point in that journey and passion for photography:I was at my childhood best friend’s house and took this photo. He said to me, “wow, you should be a photographer!” From then on, I began to photograph everything on my iPhone.  In Junior High, I took a class that allowed us to capture photos and edit them. 🌎️ World Environment Day | Badge of the Month | June 2023

I have increasingly been mindful of ways to lesson my environmental impact and contribute towards a greener earth. I found a great free app called Treecard (referral code: tanner-u2h if you’re interested) that allows you to “plant” a tree every 10,000 steps you walk, and you can earn rewards to have them donate to Plastic Bank to help retrieve plastic from the ocean. So far, I have been able to have 7 trees planted and 48 plastic bottles removed from the ocean! I have found it to be a great way to help motivate me to walk more and also to be more mindful of the world we live in. I am excited to celebrate this month and I want to find other ways to contribute to the wonderful organizations that reduce their environmental impact and directly contribute towards a sustainable future.

Flatpickr date not storing data with survey

@courtrc, thanks for the info, and sorry for the confusion on my reply. Yes, I was just checking to see if selecting the date from Flatpickr did at least put the date in the field. It sounds like Tom has a potential fix, hope it works! Y’all are awesome!

Hey @courtrc , sorry to hear about the issues. Can you confirm if it’s at least inputting the information in-survey, just not saving? Or will nothing appear filled in when entering info on the survey?@Tom_1842 may be able to assist more on this issue since he helped so much with your last inquiry!

Flatpickr not displaying with Simple Layout

@tannerfaragher it’s what I used for 2 other surveys related to this third survey so I wanted to keep consistent look and feel. And that theme layout feels the most modern, which was why I chose it from the beginning.  @Tom_1842 I will give this a try, thank you so much! Makes perfect sense. Thanks for the context. I hope that the rest of the XM Community team will be able to help come up with a solution!

Calculating response rate for every survey

Hello there! I can help answer part of your question. You are correct; the Respondent Funnel brings in directory information for all your surveys. Be sure to add a page filter by Survey ID. The Survey ID can be found in your Account Settings, and I’ll attach some documentation here on where to navigate. That way, you can ensure the response rate information is applicable to your specific survey you’re looking at!

Thank you for explaining your use case further! I may have to look into this more. If you will be ultimately adding this data into the Dashboard, I know that you can adjust the field type in there into a Text Set.

Sharing results with externals

Hello there! You are correct with the different ways you can share data. If you are simply wanting raw data, you can also look into the Response Export Automation feature from Data & Analysis to get the batched data on a daily/weekly basis to an SFTP. For sharing a dynamic version of your results with stakeholders outside of Qualtrics, the only way to do that currently is through Reports, located in Data & Analysis). You can create widgets in that part of the platform, and then create a sharable link (and include a password if desired). Current functionality of both Results and the Dashboard do not allow for a public link. The only exceptions I have seen are for Government or Education, and even then, it is a specific feature that needs to be on your license.Although not dynamic, a workaround I have seen many people use is the ability to set up a Recurring Email to outside stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis of the Dashboard/Results in PDF/.csv/etc. format. I hope this is he

Response Ticker Widget Help

I also just did a test verifying the “show responses with no content” option. If your “wrong” criteria is that you don’t want to show that in the response ticker, even though other data is being pulled through like that ticker, then this will work. Please see the difference between checking and unchecking that box, below:

Hey @parkie_0007! Good to hear from you again! First, you can check the Options of the Response Ticket widget and ensure that “Show Responses with no content” is unchecked. That should resolve your issue.If not, you can add an advanced filter to your widget and you could filter it by something such as “filter if Q6 was not empty”.Does this help?

Hey @Radam! Great question. If your target is a Qualtrics survey, you will need to add the Embedded Data fields the Survey Flow.From there, click Options and you will be able to adjust the Variable Type to Text Set!This way, the data will be captured from the intercept, and you will be able to specify that variable type for your analysis!
