Hi All! I was wondering if anyone had some information on how my client can integrate in-chat surveys on their automated chat and their live chat? After doing some digging, I read that Q only does email surveys with their Zendesk integrations but looking to see what their other options could be? They're looking to increase timeliness and response rate through potential integrations with the chat function.
