I have 8 year old and 14 year old daughters, and both are big fan of horror movies. So far we have seen all of Conjuring, Annabelle, The Nun, Sabrina and many more series.They enjoyed Wednesday series on Netflix and awaiting for the next season. :) Apart from Cricket World Cup (not a spooky activity tho... )… May be we will re-watch one of those series again in this Halloween month.

This key pulled correctly in one of the workflows: { "key": "q://QID25/ChoiceTextEntryValue", "value": "Damin Green" }, In other with the same general message, it does not pull it. Apart from what Nam mentioned in his post, may be QID is different in this survey, you may want to verify that. Or Question type could be different?
Hi @hahall3 Changing the workflow to execute later or changing “To” and “From” won’t change anything. I believe it has to do with some typo, double check for it. If not - try pasting screenshot of current setup that isn’t working along with screenshot of excel export header questions to understand exactly which questions are referred and which one isn’t working out of all.

Not sure about the total number of records collected so far, but one option is opening the retake links for the surveys submitted prior to when the update was made and resubmit. It should trigger the workflows for those respective records.

I would suggest to go with sFTP - csv import automation of Qualtrics as best and most effective solution for this integration.
