I am creating a very long questionnaire with a very large number of questions. I am trying to create something like this, putting a screenshot for reference. Please give me some ideas or suggestions on how to do this in the best way possible.

Hi Vidhi,
Some suggestions based on my experiences:
- If possible try asking up to 7 questions in one matrix set - it will keep the participant engaged
- Repeat headers after specific intervals to ensure participant knows what they are selecting
- Keeping one question per screen with as soon as user clicks - it moves to the next screen - better user experience

You can use choice groups and make 'Product Planning' and 'Product Development' the group names.
