Yes, you can check here how the data is pulled into the dashboard. However the sentiment appears to be mapped automatically, are you sure you are selecting th sentiment that corresponds to the question. If you are analysing multiple questions make sure both the sentiment label and the question have the same ID https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/text-analysis-cx/#MappingTopicsSentiments

Thanks for your help on this I am making progress. but any idea why…. From my Text IQ bubble chart it shows…. Negative 33%, Neutral 67%.    But in my vertical bar chart it shows… Negative 100% when I was expecting the same results as above?     Thanks :) Can you check how are the valued recoded in the dashboard data set, i believe the problem can be there.

Filter creation - grouping dates

Hi! I would suggest ussing logic in the survey flow, branching the respondents from the date of birth and then adding the embedded data field for the generation.

I would suggest a response ticker widget with the option selected as label.  You can also rely on text iq and crate a bar chart displaying the % of mentions for each topic and each option selected Thanks Ill give this a go. How would I create a bar chart displaying the % of mentions via Text IQ? First you create the topics in text IQ, then you can use the topic fields resulting from that on the dashboard to create the different widgets. Response Ticker (Filter Help)

Hi, I don't know if there is a setting on the widget that prevents this, however you can Work with survey flow logic, creating a different branch when each one of the open text responses is answered and then on each branch adding an embeded data field populated with the open text response. The embeded data field should have the same name on the 3 branches so you can integrate the responses on a single field. This only works if all the respondents just answer 1 of the 3 open text questions

Dashboard - Record Table Help

I don't know if this is something that can be fixed from the dashboard, but it occurs to me that you can create branches on the survey flow depending on the questions answered and then an embeded data field populated with the open text response. The embeded data field should be the same for the 3 branches so you can integrate the responses in a single field

Block filter

Hi,, what I've done before is adding the same filter to the widget and selecting to display all values, then locking the filter in the widget.

XM Directory / Embedded Data - Now Displaying Widget Correctly

Hi!!This happened for me before, when selecting the field on the dashboard data set there is an option for chosing the delimeer for the multi answer text set, the option should appear when you try to recode the values fot the field

NPS Group (Reporting)

Just to add I believe you have to add the nps group embedded data at the beginning of the survey in amd embeded data block, and you do not assign any value. Then the field is going to be populated according to the branch that corresponds to the response

Determining which randomizer option users where shown?

Hi, I think you can use branches and embedded data in the survey flow and mark the responses with the video that is displayed. Branch if the video 1 question is seen and then create a embedded data field for that branch naming it video and giving it a value. The doing the same for video 2 Hope this works

Correct uploaded embedded data for a CX survey.

Hi! I suggest exporting the answers, correcting the data and then uploading this new answer filee maybe in a copy of the survey as this duplicates the responses. Importing Records in qualtrics

Hi, can you tell us more about the process you are doing. What I've done before is creating the survey in qualtrics, create one response, export the response file and then populating that file with historical records. If you are doing so, maybe there is a problem with the delimiter used in the file.

Hi, I think the best option is using sso authenticator . You can ask to authenticate via qualtrics or other identity manager

Response rate widget in EX projects

Hi, I agree with the comment above. You can use the widget and the responses will be tracked, however the responses count will be higher to the invited count. If you track just the numbers is going to work, but the % completed will result above 100%
