They are basically the same functionality as long as you are within the same Qualtrics account. If you are trying to share the survey with a separate instance / both users are not on the same account (as when your organization has different instances in place), then depending on your sharing rights, Both will copy the content & flow, as well as any of the reports built in the “old” reporting module. Reports built in the “new” reporting modules, custom defined variables (bucketing etc) will not carry over either way.“Copy” means you retain ownership of the survey and need to “collaborate” it to allow another user to access it or use admin access to transfer it over. Sharing the QSF means the user who imports the QSF will own the resulting new survey.
OK, the trick to that is the open end. What you want to do is to adjust the randomization/order settings to FORCE “Other” to be at the bottom of the “longest” column. In a case like the one you are showing, I would force “Other” to the bottom of column 1 and “None” to the bottom of column 2.
When using scoring, Qualtrics automatically calculates the score, weighted mean, and standard deviation. What is the best way of viewing this information in embedded data? Is it intended to be added into a report or dashboard? I have seen in the help for scoring that it is commonly used as a workflow piece added into an email, but we were more looking for a display option. There is an option to set Scoring to display automatically throughout the form, but I don’t love that user experience. If you want the score to be displayed at a set point within the survey, or as an embedded data field following the survey, insert an embedded data field in the workflow (like: embedded field named FinalScore) after the final question but before the final “display” page (or before the final END step and have the system populate it from the score at that point.
Since Qualtrics assigns everything a number - even if it is not a Question per se, I have taken to changing the numbering to R# (instead of Q#) just so that I can explain to clients that it is a REFERENCE number, not a QUESTION number (and then of course, to not SHOW questions numbers in live surveys).It would be nice if Descriptive /Graphic elements had a separate numbering system (T1, T2) from Questions (and then not appear regardless of whether question numbers are on or off) but until that is the case, I find R# to be an adequate workaround for most clients.
you can create a slider or matrix question with range 0 to 10, while you can't change original NPS type question. PeeyushBansal is correct; the NPS question is not variable in its format (other than by changing the format of the survey layout overall, and that still won’t make it a “slider” format, regardless). So a slider with 0-10 values is the only way to accomplish what you request. Note though that you’ll have to set up the Detractor, Passive and Promoter groups and the NPS calculation yourself in that case, because the system only does that for the NPS question type.

If you have browser bookmarks, those should work, but let me know if you’re getting an error. We have seen some broken links to articles that should be working and we’re working with the vendor to fix those. That’s unfortunate. I didn’t browser-bookmark posts of interest, because there was an in-platform way to do the same thing (and it was more that I wanted to follow the thread if there was an update, vs. actually needing to find for reference). I wish I’d realized (probably y’all let us know but I missed it) so I could have flagged them in my browser for later use.

Qualtrics will tend to avoid sending a duplicate message to the same person if the individuals are in multiple segments, receiving the same message and inviting them to the same survey but on a timed stagger.However, if the different segments are receiving different messages (A/B message testing, etc) or you need the groups to be the same size, then I would suggest that you set each successive segment definition to include a clause that the contents NOT include anyone in the prior segment(s). Eg Segment 2 excludes Segment 1, Segment 3 excludes Segments 1 & 2, and so on.I tend to default to adding the criteria, just to be certain of the behavior (because sometimes technololgy gets updated and specs change), but I understand that’s tiresome when your list is large and there will be many segments.
I am really sorry my schedule isn't permitting me to attend this year. The keynotes are always fantastic and I really love the product roadmap sessions. There's so much terrific content throughout the event - it can be challenging to be in enough places at one time! (Due to the sheer size and scope, however, it is not the most introvert-friendly event in the world. Though most conference events, to be fair, are not. LOL)

What I think you're looking for is the Survey Director https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/web-distribution/survey-director/ feature. The conditions can include quotas having been met, so this may help. I would note however that a quota is not filled by someone entering the survey, but by them completing the survey. Which means you could have more people in each survey than intended, without them reaching the next logical survey in the flow, because until each quota is filled, there will be additional people in each survey that are "in process". (Custom end-of-survey paths back to the director might help with that concern.)In any case, I think the director functionality is what you are looking for. I hope the link above helps!
If you're using an automation to create/import your contact list, you can also automate distributions and reminders, but there may be a logical limit on how many reminders that process will send. (So, if you're envisioning Load List [import automation]Distribute survey [distribution automation] and thenSend reminder next day [optional part of the distribution automation, above]This is possible via automation processes in XM Directory.(Or via API, but I can't give you instructions on how to do it via API, just to tell you that is would be possible).If you're envisioning a daily reminder to the same list every day, for days on end, I can't directly help but again I would *imagine* there would also be a way to do this via the API. (But I hope that isn't what you were envisioning and if you were, I would strongly recommend against it in that case, because OMG will your recipients ever hate you, and you'll trade responses today for literally any response at all in future. If your intention is not just to flag the comments in TextIQ to report how many need follow up, but to make them actionable, I would suggest :create a branch step in the survey flow, following the pertinent open end, that branches such that if (open end question) "contains" (contact me OR call me OR email me OR contact us OR call us OR email us OR please reply OR your response (etc - also include similar in other languages as applicable)) -- and tell Qualtrics to ignore case. Thenunder that, create an embedded field (Text Set) for those that indicate follow up is needed.Now you have an indicator that you can use for filtering your open end responses AND one you could potentially use (a) to ask a follow up question to confirm if they really do want a follow up (if you are not asking that anyway, to manage call volume) and/or (b) to trigger a workflow step for the appropriate team to follow up.Note that you can use similar language in TextIQ to that used in the survey flow (as noted abov

Every Christmas Eve my family gets together for an informal gathering. We don't have a "meal" per se, but we have everyone's favorite nibbles. It's all appetizers, finger foods and desserts, with the holiday punch (of which I have become the master). We read the Christmas story from the gospel of Luke, and watch some combination of a Charlie Brown Christmas, the animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas (fully half of us can recite along), and a fun replay of the claymation Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (which we mock mercilessly throughout). The next morning we gather again to exchange gifts, celebrate the holiday, and have a real meal together. But the informal night before is one of our favorite nights of the year.

I think what you want to do in this case is, in the survey flow), to use a combination of Randomization, Embedded data, branch logic, and duplication of blocks.First, you'd want to put a randomizer step at the beginning to assign each respondent to an "order" (so you have 2 embedded data options, for example, creating an embedded data field called "Order" and using the randomizer step (show 1) to set Order to "AdaptiveFirst" or set Order to "ClassicFirst")OK, so now your respondents have a randomly assigned order, and you have a means at the other end to know which order everything was presented.Now you have a branch set. where you want the split experience to begin. If Order=AdaptiveFirst, show the Adaptive block; if Order=ClassicFirst, show the Classic block.Then show all the other blocks.Then later, where the "other" (previously unseen) block should be, duplicate the Adaptive and Classic blocks from above, and use branching again, but this time reversing the logic: If AdaptiveFirst
