When does my online panel launch after I purchase it?
Panels launch immediately once payment is received. If you choose to pay by invoice, the panel will not launch until it is paid.
What project types are compatible with online panels?
Online panels are exclusively available for survey project types. Other project formats are not currently supported.
What are the budget limits for self-serve panels?
You can purchase panels with costs up to $15,000 USD through the self-serve platform. For larger budget requirements, please contact your Account Executive.
How many responses can I collect?
Panel response collection ranges from 50 to 10,000 responses per panel, allowing flexibility for both small-scale and large-scale research projects.
How does billing and reconciliation work?
