Hi All, I am sure this has been done before BUT…..I would like to generate a survey that:Our students out on placement can complete by clicking a link. Once they complete the survey I would like the survey to then be sent to the placement supervisor for approval I would then like The placement supervisor to be able to read and approve the students original survey - BUT the student obviously cannot originally see the approval section (2 surveys?) We then see the data from the placement supervisors approval / failure there are MANY students (hundreds spread over 4 years of the course) and many placement sites to consider.I have had a browse and THINK the way is embedded data in the student and a second supervisor surveys??? Do you have any advice or know of simpler ways of doing this? this is currently paper based Steve

We have a form that needs to collect a user’s SSN, we don’t want to keep this info for obvious reason so we’d like to programmatically delete/mask this field after a ticket action.I haven’t found a straight forward way to do this via workflow or API...any suggestions? Thank you,Adam

I have three thumbnails that will display a full-size version of the images when clicked. What I want to do is force the respondent to see the 3 full-size versions of the images before advancing to the next question. Is this possible? They are currently set up as a Text/Graphic question type. 

Hi please add a function for disabling Qualtrics' auto suggested answer choices. Most of the surveys we plan have preplanned question and answer choices. We don’t need Qualtrics to suggest the answer choices. This feature is counter productive as we have to delete the new answer choices everytime.

Can Qualtrics identify and flag vague or ambiguous responses in open-text questions (e.g., Additional Comments)?Are there any native features (like Text iQ) or workarounds to detect low-quality or non-informative text responses automatically?

I would like to show the response rates for 4 lifecycle surveys a the dashboard, built inside the first survey project. It’s an onboarding survey structure with 4 touchpoint surveys. But the response rate widget can only handle the data from the original data source (1. touchpoint survey) where it is built. How can I show data from all the others? Invited numbers are not available outside the response rate widget… 

All the questions in my survey are mandatory and I am typically able to see in progress and completed responses separately. However, about 50% of the responses in the “data table” section appear blank, and the same ones in the “results” section say “N/A”.  This is highly confusing and concerning for me. If they are incomplete responses, they should have appeared in the ‘in progress’ section. How could so many blank or incomplete responses have been recorded? If that’s not the case, where has the data gone?  Also, I would like to add that I am on a free account. Is this a problem that people on free accounts are facing specifically? 

I’ve installed the Qualtrics app (from AppExchange) in Salesforce and completed the connection setup. I’m able to view the dashboards in Salesforce that I created in Qualtrics. However, the page filters I added don’t return any data when I click on them in Salesforce.Is this expected behavior, or might I be missing a configuration step?

Do we have a feature where Qualtrics AI can generate topics by own, right now we have to either use Qualtrics library or create our own?

I have a dataset created using data modeler. It has multiple join conditions, however, the resulting output dataset does not have the expected data. The fields used as the join conditions have the same field type, and the values do not contain spaces or other hidden characters. In the resulting dataset, it seems that no values from the right side of the join were carried over (they’re all N/A). That includes the survey response's value for distribution id (Q_EMD), which is one of the join conditions so it SHOULD have a value. I have inspected the data sources themselves, and there are rows in each for which all three of the join conditions are true.Is anyone else having this problem? Have you had this problem and then resolved it? Is there something that I may be missing?

Hello Community,We are a new customer and we are working on an integration.  I would like to find out if there are customers who have successfully integrated Sup Orgs and used them as a parent child hierarchy (or level based hierarchy).   I am also interested in anyone who has passed secruity roles as basis for secruity in Qualtrics.We are working on design and testing now, but any prior confirmation of success/lessons learned/tips and tricks would be very helpful. Thank youJennifer 

Is it possible to detect and flag duplicate open-text responses (e.g., identical “Additional Comments”) within the same branch/location in Qualtrics?Specifically, I’m looking to compare responses across respondents and identify repeated text entries.

Hi XM Community!I’m looking for real-world guidance and best practices for managing text IQ. Here’s a little back story:When we set up our Qualtrics CX platform, we selected various Text IQ topics from the standard Qualtrics library.  This worked for the initial set up, but now I want to take a more dedicated approach to collecting and tagging insights on customer comments, utilizing the Text IQ Table to communicate emerging trends and topics.  As it stands today, some customer feedback is tagged with many topics while others aren’t tagged at all.  Here’s where I need guidance:What is the ideal number of topics per customer comment so topics are not diluted? Do you actively manage Text IQ, manually tagging or re-assigning tags to individual comments or do you treat it as passive tagging?  To date, I have been letting Text IQ passively tag without much review. What recommendations do you have for cleaning up text IQ so topics are more relevant.If you are willing, please share how you ma

Is it possible to flag responses as “bad data” in Qualtrics if they meet all of the following conditions: same branch, same IP address, and submitted within a 5-minute time window?I understand duplicate prevention and post-survey duplicate detection exist, but is there any way to implement this combined logic within survey workflow or workflows? 

How can we create a multi select option in drop down list ? I have a question where user have to select 3 answers from the dropdown list. As the list is big, I can not display all answers after question text.

HelloRecently a new issue occurred on one of our Digital Intercepts survey. The Intercept triggers ok, but when you click on ‘Provide Feedback’ Button survey is not launching. We have not changed anything in Qualtrics on our side of Set up. IT are saying there were no changes made that would affect intercept. Any ideas what could be wrong? anyone came across similar issue?Thanks Anna

I’m configuring SAML-based SSO in Qualtrics and have run into unexpected behavior around User Type Field mappings when a user belongs to more than one group.What worksSAML authentication is functioning correctly in a proof-of-concept. I can successfully log in as a Brand Administrator. In Qualtrics, User Type Field is mapped to the SAML attribute groups. I have User Type validation enabled, so only explicitly mapped values are accepted.
