Hi everyone,We are configuring the Map widget in Qualtrics and we have a question about the location label displayed for each point.Right now, the widget asks us for a location field using the physical point coordinates (latitude/longitude). When we load the coordinates, the map places the points correctly, but the labels shown for those points are the coordinates themselves.What we need is for the label to display the branch name or branch key/code instead of the coordinates.Our challenge is scale: we have more than 1,000 physical locations, so using manual edit mapping is not a viable option.Has anyone configured the Map widget so that:the point location is based on latitude/longitude, but the visible label shows another field, such as branch name or branch ID/key?Is there a native way to do this in Qualtrics, or would it require a workaround such as embedded data transformation, custom mapping, or custom code?Any guidance, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Tha

I created a command-line tool that lets you create good-looking, customized PDFs from a batch export of survey results (as a CSV). Validation for a Side-By-Side - I have two columns, with options on the left (Col 1), a statement, and then options on the right (Col 2). I want to only allow them to choose one item per row (statement)...so only one in either Col 1 or Col 2. NOTE: I can do it using a lot of custom validation with tons of conditions (I have a LOT of statements), so i’m looking for a more elegant (less tedious) way. I dreamt of using a total count by column - but it isn’t available. I tried scoring, but I can’t do a validation based on the score…Anyone have any ideas? Very open to J/S solutions

I would like to send a follow up question to the participant 2 weeks after they submit a survey, the catch is that I would like the question to be within the original survey, not a separate follow up survey, additionally I would like to send it repeatedly, every 2 weeks, until they fill out the 1 question that will be asked.I was thinking about sending out a retake link but would like to make it as easy as possible, wondering if there is a way to do in line question within the email body while hiding the rest of the survey (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/retake-survey-link/#HidingContentDuring) it appears that it’ll only work if I post the actual retake link and they click on it, not a huge deal, just trying to make this as simple and the least amount of clicks for the participants. Hello everyone,I’m working on a use case in Qualtrics where we need to update the ticket status if a respondent does not respond to the survey for 7 days.The requirement is: A survey is triggered for a respondent linked to a ticket. If the respondent submits the survey, the ticket status gets updated  as closed based on the response. However, if no response is received for 7 days, we want to automatically update the ticket status (for example, mark it as No Response or Closed). Since there is no response data in this case, I’m unsure how to implement this logic in Qualtrics.Has anyone implemented something similar? What would be the best approach using workflows or ticketing logicAny guidance would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone,I am trying to create a workflow in which I can trigger a single survey twice on the basis of different triggers.Here's the workflow that I need:Trigger survey  to send out.Survey 1 gets answered, i.e., respondent selects Detractor for his NPS response.Now again, same survey gets triggered for the same respondent in the second instance.Respondent gives NPS response other than his previous one, i.e., he becomes a Promoter.Now, I want the response of the second instance to overwrite the previous response.However, if respondent skips responding in the second instance, previous response remains final.So, basically if respondent gives new response, update the response else use the previously saved one.Can anyone suggest how I can do that using QualtricsThanks in advance.

HI,  I am working with a team member that wants to create a question that ask a Start Time and End time.  How do I achieve this?There is a “2 minutes with Qualtrics” video that says to use flapjack but no support for custom code.  Any suggest for start time and end time question that allows answers likeStart time 12:00pm End time 1:50pm

Hello everyone,I’m trying to set up a workflow in Qualtrics where the same survey can be triggered twice based on different events.Here’s what I’m aiming to achieve: The survey is sent the first time, and the respondent answers the NPS question (for example, they select Detractor). Later, the same survey is triggered again for the same respondent. If the respondent completes the second survey and provides a different NPS response (for example, Promoter), I want this latest response to replace the earlier one. However, if the respondent does not respond the second time, the original response should remain as the final value. In short, I want the system to update the NPS response only when a new response is received; otherwise, it should retain the previous one.Has anyone implemented something like this or can suggest the best way to handle it in Qualtrics?Thanks in advance!

Hey Guys!!Has anyone figured out how to give dynamic groups of users Read access to dashboards without having to touch the permissions of each person individually? We thought about trying to set up our default Security Role to allow everyone to have “read” access to all dashboards (the caveat being they have to be invited to specific surveys of course). The other strange thing we discovered is that creating a User Role to “group” people together via metadata fields only gave you access to the participants who were invited to the survey, not access to everyone in your Global Directory.Use Case:  A survey is going out to 12,000 people in a business unit and the requirement is anyone who is a Manager (has direct reports) or higher should have access to see the aggregated Dashboard results. These are people who are still participants but because of their role will be given Dashboard access. Out of the 12,000 we are talking like 2500 people. Hi folks,what is your experience to have the best performance in dashboards?My experience/suggestions so far what would affect performance:Amount of data per widgets needed to be loaded → high impactAmount of widgets on a page → high impactAmount of delegates → high impact for hierachy filterAmount of pages in a dashboard → (very) low impact So conclusion would be to have less widgets per page but more pages. One common dashboards  with a lot of pages or different dashboards with less pages doesn’t matter. Would you agree or do you made other experiences? Thanks!

Hi allI would like to know if it is possible to create a survey that will display a unique set of options based on the user. I have a different data set per user which Id like them to respond to. Is it possible that when they enter their own name at the start, that then references the data and provides their own corresponding options to then respond to?eg, John Smith has the names of 10 people in the data set that Id like him to provide reviews for. When he enters his name into the Survey, those 10 people will then auto-fill for him to review. Id like to build this for around 50 people who will each be required to review completely different lists of names.Any help appreciated!

I’m sure this is straightforward but it’s been a while since I used Qualtrics and I can’t quite nail this. I want to hide the next button on a page unless a multiple choice question is selected. It only has one choice and so in effect acts as a checkbox. I found the following code which shows the next button if ticked but cannot get it to hide it again if the question is unticked. Hi all. I have 2 questions and both are matrix table. Q1 is about the main services categories and let responant to give points say 1-5 and N/A. Q2 is the sub-categories of the main services and also let people to rate points. For example, in Q1, have several main services listed in matrix tables like Network; Helpdesk etc and each item people can rate 1 to 5 or N/A. in Q2, it is the sub services which related to the main services say WiFi, LAN, VPN etc for the main services “Network”. If responant rated 2 for Network in Q1, how to make this value “2” to become the default value of all statement (WiFi, LAN, VPN) in Q2? I hope you can imagine what I am talking about. thank you.

Hi, is there a way to PDF export all individuals responses at ONCE as PDFs from the Data & Analysis page?  Currently, this seems to be one-by-one from this page - is there examples of how this can be done? Thanks
