I have a matrix table with single answer and mobile friendly option turned on. However, when testing the instrument I don't get the accordion screen for the mobile simulation--I still get the matrix. I've read the documentation (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/mobile-survey-optimization/) and watched some youtube videos and I can't figure out what I am doing different/wrong. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone!I have a question regarding the display logic in matrix tables. I am unsure if anyone has tried to calibrate something like this before.I am trying to share a survey that relies on embedded data. Per suggestions from this discussion group, I have a fake contact list that relies on three different variables of embedded data to distinguish which components of the matrix table appear. These three variables allow for 16 different possible combinations. I am having trouble making all components appear as aligned with the different combinations of the logic.For example, a contact that has A, C, D embedded data will only be shown components 1, 3, 4, 5, & 6, where a contact with B, C & D will only be shown components 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 & 10.I am unsure how to calibrate complicated display logic in a matrix table based on embedded data. Does anyone have experience in this area? I feel I have exhausted all of my resources in trying to remedy this advanced project.

Hi All,As outlined in the question, we have configured the SAP Qualtrics enterprise app in Azure for SAML authentication. We then created a new connection in Qualtrics SSO, and made this the default organization login for SAML. From within this connection, I have downloaded the service provider data and uploaded it into the Azure enterprise app, SAML config. I have also uploaded the metadata.xml from Azure into the Identity provider settings into the SSO settings in Qualtrics. Also within SSO, I have enabled "Just in time provisioning". From what I can see everything looks to be correct, but when we attempt to sign in via SSO we receive the error "We are unable to process your username or the username doesn't exist in our system.".I have confirmed through SAML trace that the attributes are being passed, and have configured the user attribute fields in the Qualtrics SSO screen to match. Would any of you knowledgeable folks here happen to have a suggest as to how I can correct this? T

Has anyone managed to delete/update contacts in the EX Directory based on certain conditions?My requirement is to update a metadata field of a contact if his TerminationDate is 6 months before today’s date but any similar logic would help. The process has to be automated, it wont be a one-time thing.

We are entering our third year of using Qualtrics and wanted to get feedback from others on how you manage accounts and directories within your school district. With so many moving parts (ie. students entering/withdrawing and staff retiring/resigning), I'm trying to figure out a better plan moving forward.Thanks!

Hi allIn order to comply with our organisational GDPR policy, we need to delete data after a certain time period. Is there a trigger within the Qualtrics Directory that we can set to delete contacts after a certain time frame?For example 'delete all contacts that were added in 2018'?ThanksTracey

We are creating a user deprovisioning/deletion policy and looking to see what everyone else does. We have hit our user seat limit multiple times. How do you manage regularly deleting inactive user accounts at your company?Here is some relevant information I’ve learned and the associated problems:Deleting a user can be done via the API:This deletes any contact lists the user has Survey workflows and library messages stay, so existing surveys don’t break. Surveys don’t get deleted but float in space. Concern: Surveys need to be transferred manually in the admin console (by design; I checked with Qualtrics support), and some of my users have over 400 surveys. Exception: you can call the update survey API to update an owner - but have to make this call for one survey at a time and using the current owner’s API key…. so first you have to assign everyone at the organization an API key…. and figure out where the survey needs to go…. Hi Team,We have the following requirement:When a contact is uploaded, a ticket should be created automatically, and the survey should be distributed. If the contact submits a survey response, the corresponding ticket should be closed automatically. this we have configured and currently active  If no survey response is received, the ticket owner will manually close the ticket. Upon manually closing the ticket, the survey should be re-triggered only for that specific contact who has not yet responded. how to achieve this?To test this, I configured a follow-up question in the ticket task named "Manual Closure". I submitted the ticket with the answer "Yes"; however, I do not see this follow-up question available in the Decision step of the workflow.Could you please help clarify the following?Why is the "Manual Closure" question not available in the Decision step after the ticket is submitted? How can we configure the workflow to identify only those contacts who have not submitted a survey

In the new survey taking experience I am not having any luck using Custom CSS to change the banner color to #FEC6E9 (pink), while keeping my primary color as #D40163 (magenta).  Any recommendations?

Is it possible to automatically send completed surveys to an API endpoint in the Deloitte instance instead of exporting an Excel/csv file and uploading in the next system?

I was trying to make the display size bigger for a zoom-in image. I followed the instructions on this page, and the zoom-in effect worked: the original full image shown on the left panel and the zoom-in effect shown on the right.However, the entire display box for both the full-image panel and the zoom-in panel is small. Anyway to revise the codes to make the overall display window bigger? Tried different ways to revise the codes but couldn’t make it to work.

It can also update what's already there, change a metric, relabel a column, turn on full record view, just by asking. And if you're starting a page from scratch, there are layout templates by audience, executive, frontline ops, CX manager, so you're not staring at a blank page.Everything stays inside Qualtrics. It only reads field names and types to map things correctly, never your response data, and nothing trains on your content.

Hi all,I want to create a list of 15 multiple choices which will be grouped together into 3 groups for better display.I want to randomize all items within each of the 3 groups, EXCEPT for one item within each group which I want to keep fixed as the last item displayed within the group.Is there a way to do this? I have managed to randomize all items within each group, but I cannot seem to figure out how to make one of them fixed.
