Hi everyone! I would like to collect some qualitative data (open-ended responses). Considering participants’ potential use of AI, we would like to use some code so that we can track whether participants use copy and paste for their answers? We are not trying to prevent participants from using copy and paste. Instead, we just would like to know whether participants use copy and paste or not!Thank you so much!

I’m trying to use qualtrics.com/WRAPI/SiteIntercept/api.php?Request=getInterceptStats to get info about an intercept, but keep getting a 500 error with the Qualtrics error code ESRV47. I have full control of the Intercept, and am using a brand admin account, so I don’t think it’s related to user permissions. Is there a web page somewhere that details what these error codes are?

I want to send out an email invite to a survey but want it to send every other week (on Thursdays at a specified time) but am not able to figure out the every other week cadence. I can see where I set it up either weekly or monthly, but it seems there’s no in between option. Please advise

Our research lab sends out a weekly survey to our participants every Monday morning. We have an email reminder set up every Wednesday, and we manually text our participants (who have opted in) every Friday if they still haven’t completed the survey.The manually texting part is getting very inefficient, but we’ve discovered that it helps immensely with survey compliance.Is there a way we can automate this reminder through Qualtrics? I see that there is SMS option, but if you start a survey via email, can you set up a reminder link via SMS? Any other options out there that could help us make this process more efficient for our study coordinators?Thank you!

I have a simple 1-question survey with 2 answer options (yes/no). I have embedded data in the survey, pulled in from the contact list I uploaded. As a respondent, when I select the “No” answer, everything looks fine. However, when I select yes, it adds “custom value” behind the actual value of the embedded data. Here’s the “No” response: Vs a “Yes” response: It’s a problem because I use this embedded data in an email response to the respondent, and it comes through in the email with “custom value” included. I have done it several times with the same results. I’ve also deleted myself from the distribution list and re-uploaded myself, still the same results. At this point I have no idea what else to do to troubleshoot. Ideas? 

I am trying to make Qualtrics work via Tealium.I managed to make it work both via Tag and Extension separately.But via Tag I had to create a base_url UDO variable and replace it with the url in the template by mapping the variable, instead of the tag just being configurable (by adding survey id and site intercept server. Is there any better way to handle this? Or do I just make changes to the base_url in the template? Is there a way by which I can create a lookup table or something in Tealium which will load a particular Qualtrics survey based on the url and survey combination. The objective is that I want to create sort of like 1 Qualtrics code and a configuration which is scalable. Which one should I use, if I want to scale, tag or extension? Anyone who has done this via Tealium, any best practices or recommendations?

Hi everyone. I'm new to Qualtrics and here and I was wondering which is the best way to have a complete report as to all activity in the workspace, with aspects such as:Surveys created Intercepts created creation date status - active, deleted etc, number of responses number os interactions tags associated with it owner survey idI've tried the activity report, I've tried downloading through the old report model, through the tag manager where you can export and the import back and every single one gives me different data.I'm not sure which one is more complete than the other and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this for me. My company is very sctrict as we must control usage of our contract and usage by business unit and I haven't been able to give a successfull answer so far...

I am in need of support to program a survey that uses the Chatgpt API within survey flow to generate and display images with specified parameters (eg, topic, source, tone). We need to generate these parameters at random and store them as variables/embedded data, then use those parameters to generate images in real time in the survey. This needs to be automated because we have many parameters and hence many possible images. Alternatively, we need to be able to pull images stored in a website as a function of the parameters we randomly draw from. (It seems text only would be much easier but we need images) We have not been able to find a feasible workflow for either option so would be grateful for any ideas on how to do it or support. Thank you,c

How can I calculate the difference between two columns in a CX Table widget?  I have two columns of data each formatted like the screenshot below. One column pulls from one data source the other column from a second data source. The rows of the table are a common  field between both sources that disaggregates the percentage by site.  I want to add a third column that displays the difference between the percentages. The “Calculations” allow for  “Sum” but not difference. I tried building a custom metric, but that didn’t get me very far.  Suggestions ?

Someone at my company set up a workflow for ServiceNow to send survey invitations by email. The First Name, Last Name, Email, and Language fields are all filled in with a Piped Text format I am not familiar with, and I can’t find any documentation for it. The email message also uses the ~{sfob://Fieldname} syntax to copy data from the ServiceNow event to the email message. I can intuit that SFOB stands for Salesforce Object, and I can tell that the fieldname that follows must match the fieldname in ServiceNow, but I have some remaining questions that I hope the community will be able to help me with:Why does my workflow message use specialized pipe text ( ~{sfob://Fieldname} ) instead of the normal {e://Field/Fieldname}? In other words, why isn’t the imported data from ServiceNow treated like embedded data by piped text the same way that transaction data is? What is the tilde (~) before the left curly brace for? Hi all,I am curious if anybody’s had success with the new Qualtrics Assist “chatbot” within their employee engagement survey dashboards?We are trying out this feature and considering adopting it for our next employee survey. We’ve enabled it in an existing dashboard, but so far the results seem… temperamental… So I’m curious to hear any success stories about the Qualtrics Assist chatbot and how you’ve optimized your EX reporting to leverage it. 

I’m creating a survey to be distributed to 30 different sites. I want each site to be able to benchmark their survey responses against all of the other sites. However, I don’t want to compare the sites against everything in aggregate-I want to compare the weighted average of each site.  Essentially, the  benchmark should be calculated like this (but with 30 sites)Site 1 Site 2 Site  3 Site 4 4.2 3.5 4.8 2.7  (4.2+3.5+4.8+2.7)/4 =  3.8 The only way I can see to do this is to create a custom metric for each question which is going to be more time consuming than I’d like. Am I missing an  easier way to accomplish this?
