There is no way to use the same template for a distribution email as a reminder email. I have to store two separate emails due to the filtering on sub-type in the selection field from the email form. This is rather frustrating as it means that I am now forced to keep two copies of this email and update both of them with any changes I make. This is just duplicating data for no reason and should have a workaround

Hello! I am the Qualtrics Brand Administrator at a university. Due to budget constraints, our university has decided not to renew the Qualtrics license. Our license will expire on January 2, 2026. Some of our users have surveys that will run until December 31, 2025.January 1, 2026 is a public holiday, and many people will also be on leave on January 2, so they may not be able to log in and export data in time. For this reason, I contacted the Qualtrics Support Team to inquire whether our users would still have a specific period after the expiration date to export data. I was told that there would be a 45-day period after the expiration date during which users could log in and retrieve their data. However, when I confirmed this with our Account Director today, I was informed that after the expiration date, users would no longer be able to log in or retrieve data, and we were asked to ensure that our users back up their data before the expiration date.These two completely different answe

Same thing like using Quota's for a survey but this feature is not available.I was trying to develop a custom code in a workflow of an imported dataset but this is also not working as I can't use the piped text as its not available? Is someone experienced with this? I need to build a workflow that sends three reminder emails based on a respondent’s survey completion progress. The reminders should only be sent if the respondent is still incomplete at the time the reminder is due, not at the time the workflow is triggered. Here is the exact logic I want to implement:When a respondent starts the survey and a response is recorded, the workflow should wait 48 hours. After 48 hours, the system should check the respondent’s current survey progress. If progress is still <100%, send Reminder Email 1. If the response has reached 100%, do nothing and stop the workflow for that respondent. Then wait 7 days after Reminder Email 1. After 7 days, the workflow should check progress again. If progress is still <100%, send Reminder Email 2. Otherwise stop the workflow. Then wait another 14 days. After this period, check progress again. If still <100%, send Reminder Email 3. Hello Qualtrics Community, I'm new to qualtrics and I'm working on building a survey. However, I'm not sure if what I am wanting to do is possible. The first thing is that I'm trying to dynamically display images and image/question-specific metadata. From a .csv containing 1000+ questions and their labels, I want to create questions directly from the .csv and essentially import the corresponding image, image metadata, and other related information (rather than doing it by hand). Alternatively, I was wondering if it is possible to create all 1000+ questions programmatically and then deploy static questions in a random order in the survey. The second thing is dynamic typing into a field. I have ~4000 possible answer choices and dropdowns/multiple choice would be too cumbersome. Some of these answer choices are synonymous with one another so it would ideal that they would retain that synonymy behind the scenes. Within this setup, we have multiple user groups and access levels that determine which dashboards and tickets each person can view. The ChallengeWe currently have two main user types — one tied to a specific branch, and another that oversees multiple branches within a cooperative-like structure. Hello,I’m trying to integrate a looped question with a multi-choice drill down list.For example, using the qualtrics example of cars, they have a drill down where the user selects a year (group 1), make (group 2) and model (group 3) of a car. I’d like to be able to have a later question where the user to ranks the models of the particular make. Is this possible without having to manually re-enter the lists of models in JS?I know that I can pull the selected model easily, but is there a way to get all of the group 3 choices, rather than just the selected one?Thanks!

I’ve always used a custom “From” address for my distributions, but recently I can’t send any unless I use the predefined Qualtrics address (noreply@qemailserver.com).If I try with my custom address, I get an error and the distribution won’t launch.Has anyone else experienced this? We are creating a user deprovisioning/deletion policy and looking to see what everyone else does. We have hit our user seat limit multiple times. Surveys don’t get deleted but float in space. Exception: you can call the update survey API to update an owner - but have to make this call for one survey at a time and using the current owner’s API key…. so first you have to assign everyone at the organization an API key…. and figure out where the survey needs to go…. Hi ​allI am trying to find a way to update case information in Salesforce based on the email distribution status in Qualtrics. E.g. survey sent, survey bounced, survey skipped (due to contact frequency rule), etc.Currently our process triggers a survey invite from Qualtrics if a complaint case is resolved in Salesforce and in a second step we update a survey response object on Salesforce as soon as a survey response is received within Qualtrics.The only missing part is to make it transparent on Salesforce if the survey distribution for a resolved case was successfull, bounced, was skipped, etc.It seems to be possible to parcially update Salesforce based on the “Experience iD change” task in a stand alone workflow. Covering parts of the distribution information, specifically “bounced” and “unsubscribed”.BUT the mainly needed information like survey sent, survey skipped, etc. seems not to be covered.Any ideas on how to solve this?Thanks!(Similar use case without solution was covered here

I have a CX dashboard where I would like to utilize textiq widgets, however I would like to analyze and display all the open text questions as though they were one question to capture a wider picture. I know that if it was only one survey that had multiple open text questions I would go into field editor  and create a merge field. I am unsure of the best way to go about this being that is more than one survey we’re pulling from and each of the surveys has 2+ open text questions.

Hi everyone, I am using Qualtrics for the first time. I was given PDF and Word files for necessary questionnaires, but when I tried to import those files to Qualtrics it says the document type is incompatible. Is there a way to turn them into .txt format and import or should I manually type in all the questions?Much appreciated if anyone can help!
