I tried using the note on the API page: https://api.qualtrics.com/55231bbc7cd3c-mcp-overview#qualtrics-mcp-serversI made some progress, but have been unable to connect it. If someone gets it set up please follow up here. 

I have a survey that is translated into 36 languages, with EN-US being the base language. I have response clarity switched on for an open-text question. In the documentation, it does state that the languages available are limited and teh prompt shows in the base language of the survey. However, I have my base sent to English. When testing the German survey, the prompt appeared in English on one occasion and German on another. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

With the new AI features, is it possible to "pipe" output of Insights Explorer/AI Assist back into a dashboard (ie dynamic bullet points of findings available to the dashboard viewer)

AI has been doing great at all the different industries. We all see Experience agents feature introduced in Qualtrics. Would love to have a discussion on your experiences on this new feature and the use cases.

We have activated the Qualtrics Assist feature on our dashboards. We ensured that the Text IQ model was at a decent baseline before activating Qualtrics Assist. While the output was promising and of good quality to start, we began to notice that the model wouldn’t include the verbatims and instead include provide completely blank or “COMMENT ID” in place of providing verbatims in the output summary.  We really want to roll this out to our org but with this issue persisting, we’re concerned folks won’t rely on this feature.  Has anyone else seen this and successfully found a workaround/resolution? Thank you! 

Hello!We are running a study where we want participants to be able to see some instructions, then interact with ChatGPT (i.e. be able to have a multi-turn conversation), then answer some questions.We would like to do this in Qualtrics if that is possible (but if you have any other ideas, please let me know!). We ideally want to be able to see what they have written and received from ChatGPT too.I know this is probably going to be quite complicated, but if anyone has any ideas or can even just explain what is possible in Qualtrics (i.e. is it possible to have a 1-turn conversation where the participant puts in one prompt and receives feedback?), I would really appreciate it!Thank you :) 

I’m using a custom chat script that lets users chat in real time, and now I want to integrate LLMs into it. From what I understand, I might need to set up a proxy server, but I’m not sure if that’s strictly necessary.My main questions are: Is it possible to send API requests directly to servers running the AI models using AJAX/HTTP calls, or will I need to go through a proxy? If direct AJAX calls are possible, what parameters or request setup details usually need to be adjusted so that the LLM API accepts them? If a proxy is the recommended approach, what’s the simplest way to implement one for this use case (so I don’t have to rebuild my chat framework or redirect users to a new page)? The key requirement is that the chat stays on the same page, I can’t use the existing web service frameworks for LLMs since they force a page change.Any guidance or examples would be much appreciated!

Thanks to ​@JamesScutt and Adoreboard for a great presentation on AI for customer trust and loyalty. I really appreciated the thinking about driving adoption by staff; the idea that to improve customer outcomes, we can also leverage AI internally; empower people to experiment in ways that they find comfortable in their workflows; and celebrating when they are able to use AI to work more efficiently and effectively.These validate our experience at NLM and I’d love to keep int ouch as things develop!

I hope everyone has had a chance to read the McKinsey + Qualtrics Potential of AI Report. If you haven’t, here is a shameful plug to give it a read! AI is a game changer, there is no disputing that. AI is transforming key things across industries by enhancing productivity, elevating growth, and providing opportunities for process improvement.HOWEVER, for those of us in Financial Services the adoption has been very slow and cautious due uncertainty on regulatory requirements, consumer protection laws, and uncertainty on how we’re keeping our clients personal & financial information safe from threats. Discussion questions for the group:Are you using AI professionally in your roles?
