Unanswered questions

We’ve created an intercept survey and checked that everything looks right on the Qualtrics side. When we flip over to our site, though, we can’t get the survey to load and putting qsi in the console returns nothing. We’ve attempted to put the code in several places to no avail. Also checked the single page application button on the manage page. Anyone have any success getting a Qualtrics intercept to work on an Angular site? What are we missing?

HI team,  For now I know that with Action Planning in EX projects, we can give access to edit or to use action plans to users. But the question from our project managers is if we could keep lets say for an older survey just view access to Action PLans , where managers can just check what action they had in the past, but not create new ones in that Org Hierarchy / project by mistake and in the newwer one they could create and follow up with the new Action Plans? Is that possible?  thank you Livia B

I am trying to branch based on a formula, but can’t seem to get it working no matter what I try.Specifically, I am using the the Motion Sickness Susceptibility Questionnaire. (https://www.westminster.ac.uk/sites/default/public-files/general-documents/MSSQ-short-form.pdf)Essentially, there are two identical matrix table, 9 rows, 5 columns. The columns are scored [blank, 0,1,2,3].For each table, I need  (sum of score of each table x 9) / (number of non-blank rows).I sum both tables together, which is then used to branch. 

Hi everyone,I need to distribute a Qualtrics survey via Google Chat to a specific list of users (around 2,500 recipients per distribution). The survey is not for everyone in a Google Chat space – it's targeted to a subset based on role, team, or other criteria. Therefore, I cannot simply post the link in a public space.Given the volume (2,500 people), manual direct messaging is impossible. I'm looking for a scalable workaround to send each recipient a Qualtrics survey link (ideally a unique link for tracking) through Google Chat, without having to add them all to a space or message each person individually.What I need: Send a Qualtrics survey link (or unique link per user) to a list of ~2,500 specific Google Chat users (by email address). Avoid creating a massive space or group chat. Ideally, automate the sending process – batch or scheduled. Track who received the survey (basic delivery confirmation would be a plus). We use course evaluations for our main assessment tool, and we monitor completion, but a faculty member wants more control and wants to monitor who has completed the assessments in their course. They are able to view completed submissions but would like to view who needs to complete them (i know they can compare the lists, but some courses have multiple assessments due at different dates). Has/can someone come up with a method for viewing who has not completed a deployed assessment to course evaluations inside of a dashboard?

Hi all,I’m unable to see the Test Sessions banner of Digital Experience Analytics, even though I think I set everything up correctly: third-party cookies are enabled, the test session is enabled, and the testing cookie is set correctly on the site domain. No vanity URL.I also have a working feedback button, so I think that the issue can't be related to the Qualtrics snippet implementation.The testing session banner never appears.Are there any additional requirements or debugging steps to determine why the test session banner is not being triggered? Thanks     

HiI’d like to know if the surveys I made with over 30 questions during the free trial can retain those number of questions, or will it be restricted to just 30 after the trial ends like all the advanced question types.Thank you

I’m migrating some surveys from another survey platform and struggling with how to replicate the dashboard we used.We have a longitudinal project with a pre- and a post-survey. In our previous platform we were able to display the IDs and whether or not a pre- or post-survey was completed. Example:ID Pre-Survey Completed? Post-Survey Completed? A001 Yes No A002 No No A003 Yes Yes A004 No No A005 Yes Yes  I have been able to organize the Directory within Qualtrics to populate the ID and to update the list data with a completion flag after a survey has been completed, but I’m stuck on presenting this information in a concise form. Due to some administrative limitations our data entry staff will not have Qualtrics accounts so I am trying to figure out a way to present this information with limited authenticators. Any suggestions?

Hi,I have a simple requirement in CX dashboard to show a count of customers who participated in survey. When we choose Count Metric, it shows the Response count whereas I need to consider each account only once. It doesnt let us select COUNT AT CUSTOMER level in metric.For example, say below is the response count of each customer:Cust1 - 5Cust2 - 10Cust3 - 5I want to show the value 3 instead of 20 in my dashboard. How can we do it ? In my case Customer is an embedded field.Thanks in advance.

I have a matrix question with 12 items. To break it across two screens, I set Advanced Randomization so that only a random subset of 6 statements is shown and then have Carry Forward logic for a 2nd matrix question where only those not displayed in the 1st question are shown.These two questions (Q1a and Q1b) show separately in the Qualtrics crosstabs as well as on export to my data analysis tool (DisplayR). Is there anything I can do to merge the data back together as if it is a single question for data analysis?

When using loop and merge, can you set a quota for a scenario where we have over 200 email messages that are on loop and merge, presenting 10 messages, randomly, one at a time? Basically quota‑balanced assignment to avoid messages closing below 30 ratings.

I'm looking for some advice regarding incomplete responses in a survey.We have several branch logic paths that display different questions based on embedded data values. The survey is configured to save incomplete responses after one week.We've noticed that Qualtrics is recording a number of responses with low progress percentages (e.g., 5%, 10%, 20%), even though these responses contain no actual answers or meaningful respondent data. It seems that respondents may have entered the survey, triggered some logic, and then exited without answering any questions.The main concern is that these records are being counted as billable responses, despite being essentially empty.Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Is there a recommended way to prevent these empty partial responses from being saved or counted? Are there any best practices for filtering them out when branch logic and embedded data are involved?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We are running a longitudinal study that involves email triggers that delay. Specifically, once participants complete Survey A, the workflow add them to the contact list and sends invitations to the next surveys at one week intervals (e.g., Survey B invite goes out after 1 week. Survey C invite goes out after 2 weeks; etc. (up to Survey J)). It runs fine. However, if a participant wants to change their email address in the middle (e.g., after Survey D, but before Survey E) is it too late to change it. My understanding is that the emails are all sent when initially triggered (completion of Survey A) but with the assigned delays. Is that correct? I know I can change the email in the contact list, but that won’t change the already sent email invitations, right? Is there a way to fix this? Or do we just have to tell that participant that they cannot continue with a different email? Also, they can’t just set up an email rule to forward from the old to the new email because they are closing

Hi, im trying to incorporate that when a participant completes the questionnaire he/she receives an email with the individual results of the questionnaire. Preferably, that he/she receives also receives a radar chart besides the scores.Furthermore, the participant has to fill in their email address at the end. Is it possible to incorporate a way that qualtrics reads the filled in email and then sends the report?Thanks in advance, Mick

I am trying to view the result of my survey, and I see “No data found - your filters may be too exclusive!” listed next to my questions. I do not see any filters set. Please advise how to correct this problem.

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a strange issue where some respondents reported that certain words in survey questions are being displayed incorrectly.What's happening:"世帯年収 (household income)" is displayed as "インタビュー (interview)" "点数 (score)" is displayed as "金額 (amount of money)" About 4 out of 1,200 respondents reported this issue It is possible that the cause is having entered the question text in Japanese while leaving the survey language setting in English.What I've already checked:Cannot reproduce the issue on our end using the same answer selections The issue does NOT occur in incognito/private browsing mode No piped text or embedded data that could explain this behavior No multi-language settings configuredSince the issue disappears in incognito mode, I suspect a browser extension might be causing this. However, the affected respondents are from different organizations, so it seems unlikely they all have the same extension installed. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any

I mean like an excel spreadsheet that contains how the answers to each question are coded and maybe the loops between different questions. Something like that so I can use it in other survey design platforms like RedCap.
