Need a widget/report/dashboard-page showing sent/received 360-surveys

There is data (available somewhere) to support this but I can’t find it/have restricted access/something.My participants’ leaders want status reports that include Subject-identifier, how many nominations were sent and how many received by relationship-type.  See attached file for the desired display.I’ve been manipulating the exported data to create the following in excel but it should be possible within the 360-platform as all the information is available -- nominations sent is part of the upload/relationships of the subject-detail, and there’s even a widget-filter for “nominations sent” in the dashboard builder (that doesn’t work -- it only returns completed responses).  The # SENT data (used to initialize the 360-program) is from the upload files (we currently do not allow subjects to add/modify their evaluators)I would be forever grateful if someone out there has figured out how to do this inside Q-360.In dashboards, I can create parts of the chart with a page-filter of relationshi

SMS distributions

Hello all,I have a few questions about SMS distributions. Is Qualtrics able to use RCS (Rich Communication Services) to include images for example or only SMS (regular text messages)? I think i know the answer but i prefer to double check When a telco provider, lets say Twilio, is providing a 1-800 XXX-XXXX (long) phone number, is it possible to shorten it in any way via QUaltrics, a bit like we can personnalize the sender’s email or is it Twilio that would provide a short number? Is it possible to configure an automatic No-reply message if respondent writes back to the phone number? If yes, I assum it counts in the SMS credits available?Thanks in advance

Displaying slider value/scale point on multiple statements

Two questions:1) is there a way to move the scale point below the statement text rather than displaying it on top?2) is there a way to how the scale points on every statement or lock it to the top of screen for this question? I have 14 statements and would like to display the reference.

Print multiple questions from a survey on a single page.

Hello! I created a survey, and need the questions in a block to print on a single page. Screenshot #1 below is the code I’m working with. Updated JavaScript for New Survey Taking Experience

Hello! I like to mask phone numbers in my surveys. I have successfully used the JS below to do that. In the new Survey Taking Experience, the JS no longer works. The published info on the new format does acknowledge that JS may need to be updated. Ticket workflows for multiple criteria

Hello!I’ve run into a wall with some workflows to generate tickets.What I want to do is have two different ticket types raised.I have made two different worflows 1-detractors, 2-sentiment1 - if NPS detractor or low CSAT response is received, raise ticket 1 (this is working fine)2 - if NPS neutral or positive or 3+ CSAT response is received AND text IQ sentiment is negative, raise ticket 2 (not working). Do not raise ticket if negative sentiment + detractor or low csatTicket 2 works IF the scores are positive, but when the scores are negative both ticket 1 and 2 are raised.Im pretty sure the logic in workflow 2 is wrong but I cant figure out what or how to fix it.Screen shot of workflow 2 logic below.

Error Message Appearing on multiple CX Dashboard Widgets

Hi everyone,First time poster on this forum and a very novice user of Qualtrics.Over the last month, my CX dashboard has been displaying a “An unexpected error has occurred.” message on some of our widgets, such as a number chart widget we have to display the # of completed surveys and vertical bar widget showing the distribution of 0-10 rating scale. Some other widgets are displaying properly, such as simple charts. When I attempt to even edit the error widgets, the same error message will also appear on the window which does not allow me to even see what metrics I’ve chosen for that specific widget (see image below).All of the data going into this dashboard is owned by the same Brand Administrator and there is only one data source for each dashboard. Has anyone experienced this before and were able to fix it? I have reached out to the Qualtrics Support Team but I still have not received a solution over the past month. Thank you so much in advance!

Slider values to equal a previous questions selected choice.

I have two questions that I need to connect with one another and I’m not sure how to go about it. The respondent will get this question: They will then be shown this slider question. I need the total hours selected in the slider to be the same number the selected in the first multiple choice question.*Please note the above screenshot is just a portion of it, there will are many additional statements. I am also aware that 3+hours scale point will need to be split out into 3hr, 4hr, 5hr, etc… to accommodate actual calculation. My org wants the question to stay in a slider type format as opposed to using constant sum type of question.

Matrix Question Types and Accessibility

Greetings XM Community,I’ve got a lengthy survey that I am working on for our Academic Records office.  Most of the questions are ranking on a scale (i.e. Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, n/a).  I was researching accessibility and applying that to the survey by using a multiple choice drop-down list but am afraid it’s going to result in less completes due to the length.Matrix carousel looks better and easier to navigate through, but is it truly an accessible question?  From what I read it’s a better choice if using a matrix but still not great.  Some sources said not to use the matrix type at all.Thoughts or suggestions appreciated, thank you!!

Disable/Invalidate Individual Links from Survey Email Distribution

hi guys,I have a survey which is being distributed via an XM Directory workflow. If a contact import occurs where a user has the same external data reference as a new user, the contact is merged into one.We uploaded a CSV with a number of duplicate users who had already received emails. Unfortunately, due to a lack of preventative logic from us, each user has now received two emails, each with an individual link.I was wondering, since contact and embedded data for these recipients are identical to the first distribution, will the link be identical too? Further, if a recipient completed the survey previously, will the link in the second email work? Or not, since this exact contact has already completed the survey.Hypothetically, if each user could complete the survey twice, is disabling (or invalidating/breaking) the first/second set of links possible? Obviously I can’t just remove users from the contact list (a common solution for this issue) because the duplicates have merged into a s

missing item in list of filter options

I’m on the Results Dashboard trying to add a filter that is based on my first question, which is a required multiple choice question with two answer options. When I click the button to add a filter, the first question does not appear in the list of options. Any thoughts on why and how to resolve? "Old" (a few days) personal links not accepting URL parameters

I am creating personal links to be distributed by a third party and they don’t want me to set the customer values via the contact list and would rather data was appeneded.And they were working with URL parameters but now they aren’t and none of the data added in the URL is being captrued? But if I generate new links now then the new links do work.Does anyone know why this might be?

Has anyone had success using an outside consultant for set up?

Hi everyone!After years of working with Client Savvy, setting up Qualtrics seems daunting.I have happily and successfully set up our survey -- and we’re 98% ready with it. Where I’m struggling is setting up our data, roles, automated response notification, and reporting structure. We do not currently have an account that includes anything other than basic Qualtrics support. Survey Workflow, Export response to Excel use workflow task, missing derived fields, NPS group etc.

Wide export of multiselects - question ID skipping a number?

I’m running into a problem where the automatically generated question labels when I export the data (in wide format for the multiselects, as described in this post) skip a number. See screenshot below for what I’m seeing in the exported CSV, where the options count by one up until RES1_5 and then RES1_6 is skipped and the next option is labeled RES1_7. I think I must have created and later deleted a response option in this question that got assigned RES1_6. However, this was before any Survey Previews or generated Survey Test responses were created. No data are recorded under RES1_6. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have code in R that works off an assumption that these multiselects are assigned a question ID in numeric order, with no skips, so I really would like to fix this on the Qualtrics side rather than the R side.

Assistance Needed – Issue with Qualtrics Account Access and Collaboration Permissions

Hi,I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this issue.My previous Qualtrics account was under an academic Core XM license affiliated with my former workplace. After changing workplaces, I continued using the same account to collaborate at my new workplace, which also holds a licensed account. At that point, I hadn’t yet been removed from my previous organization’s license, nor officially added as a user under the new one—but collaboration still worked, likely due to both institutions having academic licenses with cross-org collaboration permissions (just my assumption).Recently, my former workplace removed me from their license. As a result, I was prompted to reset my password. After doing so and logging in, I lost access to all surveys that had been shared with me by colleagues at my new workplace.They attempted to re-send the collaboration links, but I now receive the following error:"You do not have permission to accept survey collaborations."I checked my account settings and no

I want to limit the choices entered for a text entry Matrix Table.

I want to be able to limit the user’s answering in a matrix table question. There are 11 total statements but I only want them to enter 5 answers out of the 11. They are ranking 1-5, 1 being the top choice and 5 being their less preferred. Is there a way to do this easily? See photo below.

adjust slider range and starting point based on response to a previous question

Newbie here. If we have a slider question and we wish to adjust let's say the minimum, maximum and starting values based on the response to a previous question using javascript, how can we do so? To clarify, let's say someone answers 40 for Question1. For Question2, we now wish to dynamically limit the slider value maximum value to 40 (response to Question1), minimum value to 40/10 (one-tenth of response to Question1) and starting point to 40/2 (half of response to Question1). Please could someone kindly share the corresponding javascript that I could add to Q2 to make it work. Thanks.

Auto-scroll container for Pick, Group, and Rank question

Hi all. I’m using a Pick, Group, and Rank question type to create a one-item survey that asks users to drag 10 choices from a list of 37 to the selection container.Because the list of 37 choices extends past the selection container, respondents would need to click on a choice, hold, and use their mouse scroll wheel to get back to the top of the page. What I would much prefer is for the selection container to scroll as a respondent scrolls down the page, so it is always visible.I’ve seen a few other folks ask this but no good solutions provided. Hoping someone out there knows how I might be able to achieve this using custom code?Thanks in advance!

Parent topics not included in Text IQ Table

I don’t seem to be able to include the parent topics in the Text IQ table when I include “Relative Importance” column.As soon as I add “Relative Importance” column, the “Hide parent topics” checkbox is automatically checked and greyed out. How can I include parent topics in the table?
