Hi everyone,I’m working with Qualtrics Site Intercept and running into a limitation with popup sizing that I haven’t been able to solve cleanly.The intercept loads a survey in an iframe with a fixed height. Since the survey has multiple pages with varying content (including display logic), this leads to either scrollbars or excess whitespace depending on the page.So far, I’ve tried a few approaches from the intercept side: Overriding CSS on the modal and iframe to allow auto height Forcing iframe height manually via JavaScript Triggering resize logic on intercept load Attempting to react to navigation events (e.g., Next button clicks) None of these worked reliably, mainly because the survey runs inside a cross-domain iframe, so I can’t access or measure the content height directly.Before I go down the route of implementing a postMessage solution between the survey and parent page, I wanted to check: Has anyone successfully implemented dynamic resizing for Site Intercept popups?

Hello, we are currently fielding a fairly large NPS survey monthly using very simple criteria (are they active? are they willing to receive mail from us? have they been updated in our directory recently (so we know those settings are current)?).We also have a directory rule set up so they don’t receive an NPS survey from us within 180 days of their last NPS survey invite (it’s a custom rule and is survey-specific - they can still receive our other transactional surveys). The problem we’re running into, is that the sample that gets pulled by our directory workflow and then about 40% give or take, are getting skipped from what I assume is the directory rule. Our total directory is large enough that we shouldn’t run out of people so quickly.  I tried setting up a sample criteria that mirrored the directory rule, using the statistic data “last invite received” is not w/in the past 180 days - but that wasn’t specific enough and was considering all surveys we send (this one, larger studies,

Hello, We are approaching our seat limit with our contract, and want to remove some employees who are no longer with the company to free up some of our seats. I am hesitant to move forward with this because it says ALL data connected with user will be lost. Does that include previous survey responses? I am under the impression that it is any surveys that they may have owned but am looking more specifically about data loss. Any clarity would be appreciated!

Hi All, In the Advanced Transform task (where you can write a python script) to manipulate the data, I would like to know how, like the code task, you can return a value or string that is available to use in a later tasks.  All the help (and bots!) say it’s possible using something like return { summary: summary_text } but this needs to be wrapped in a function() I believe. The other option is to use something like #print(SUMMARY=summary_text) This get’s to the log, which is a downloadable file but I’d like to pass this into the proceeding email task.  Every variants I’ve tried still won’t show it up in the piped text dropdown. Is this possible? Thanks Rod PestellPS there is no ‘Advanced Transform Task’ tag so had to select ‘Task’!

I want to send out an email invite to a survey but want it to send every other week (on Thursdays at a specified time) but am not able to figure out the every other week cadence. I can see where I set it up either weekly or monthly, but it seems there’s no in between option. Please advise

I have a simple 1-question survey with 2 answer options (yes/no). I have embedded data in the survey, pulled in from the contact list I uploaded. As a respondent, when I select the “No” answer, everything looks fine. However, when I select yes, it adds “custom value” behind the actual value of the embedded data. Here’s the “No” response: Vs a “Yes” response: It’s a problem because I use this embedded data in an email response to the respondent, and it comes through in the email with “custom value” included. I have done it several times with the same results. I’ve also deleted myself from the distribution list and re-uploaded myself, still the same results. At this point I have no idea what else to do to troubleshoot. Ideas? 

I’m trying to use qualtrics.com/WRAPI/SiteIntercept/api.php?Request=getInterceptStats to get info about an intercept, but keep getting a 500 error with the Qualtrics error code ESRV47. I have full control of the Intercept, and am using a brand admin account, so I don’t think it’s related to user permissions. Is there a web page somewhere that details what these error codes are?

Hi everyone. I'm new to Qualtrics and here and I was wondering which is the best way to have a complete report as to all activity in the workspace, with aspects such as:Surveys created Intercepts created creation date status - active, deleted etc, number of responses number os interactions tags associated with it owner survey idI've tried the activity report, I've tried downloading through the old report model, through the tag manager where you can export and the import back and every single one gives me different data.I'm not sure which one is more complete than the other and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this for me. My company is very sctrict as we must control usage of our contract and usage by business unit and I haven't been able to give a successfull answer so far...

Does Qualtrics support connecting to the Tango sandbox platform (https://tango-portal.sandbox.tangocard.com) for testing Tango integrations with Qualtrics workflows? If so, are there any tricks to setting this up?

I’m having an issue using inline question in my email distribution.  In my testing I can click on the NPS question to answer from the email.  In doing so, it takes me to the questionnaire as expected.  I close it not wanting to answer any other questions.  When I then look in responses in progress, I can see my ‘started survey’ but my answer to the inline question is not showing.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  I would expect the answer to the one NPS question to eventually carry forward to the rest of the completed responses since it is an answer to an inline question.

Hi,In my survey, I have the calendar-type questions so participants can enter their date of birth. I would like to be able to calculate age from this entry. I need the participants' ages to apply branch logic, as different age groups require different sets of questions. I have tried multiple times using Javascript in the calendar question, adding embedded date in my survey flow and them adding branch logic based off the embedded (‘age’) but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?Thanks for your help! 

Hi,I’m using Qualtrics Website & App Feedback intercepts and I’m seeing an issue with Custom Trigger → Trigger On Click.Setup Same project and same page Multiple intercepts enabled at the same time Each intercept: Uses Custom Trigger → On Click Targets a different HTML element but displays the same survey Expected behaviorAll intercepts should work simultaneously and display their survey when their specific HTML element is clicked.Actual behavior If only one intercept is active → it works If more than one intercept is active → only the first activated/published intercept works The other intercepts never display their survey No console errors Each intercept works correctly when tested alone QuestionIs this a known limitation in Qualtrics that only one click-based intercept can work per page?If so, is the recommended solution? Thanks.

We are looking to use a MaxDiff question to test images of new products. The graphics look fine size wise in the Library and in the desktop preview, but are incredibly small on the mobile preview. Is there an effective way to increase the size for mobile for a MaxDiff block?The MaxDiff appears to lack the size adjustments one can make within a standard multiple choice or ranker question.

Hi everyone,has ever anyone of you succeeded in making a Contentsquare Session Recording run in a respective CX dashboard widget?I managed to make the Contentsquare-Qualtrics connection and session recording links are reported in my data, but when clicking on the video icon in my Contentsquare Session Recording widget the cursor circle rotates and rotates and rotates and rotates and nothing else happens.😫 h.

Hi Qualtrics Community, I have a matrix table question where each row label is formatted as “Name1 vs Name2” ( these names are piped data from previous participants responses. For each pair, I have two text entry values from different questions:${q://QID20/ChoiceTextEntryValue/1} (and up to 10 for QID20) ${q://QID11/ChoiceTextEntryValue/1} (and up to 10 for QID11)But participants don't need to  mention all 10 names for each question. I want to use JavaScript to hide a matrix row if both or one of corresponding text entry values (for Name1 or  Name2) are not present (i.e., empty).Can anyone create a code for this, struggling to make it work?  Thank you! 

Newbie here…I have a matrix table question of bipolar type with one statement and 9 scale points. The scale points have no text but there are 5 graphics. Graphics are attached to scale points 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. Each graphic is 141 px W x 174 px H. My understanding is that Qualtrics fits the graphics into the standard width of the output screen, which renders as below.  The graphics have been scaled down to approximately 55% of original size so they fit, and pixelation now makes it difficult to distinguish between them. I then added in Look and Feel > Style > Custom CSS:img { max-width: 200% !important; }With this change the screen renders as below. The graphics have been scaled up to approximately 110% of original size. They have also been shifted to the right. A right-shift was also present in the first rendering, but it is small enough to be acceptable.So my question is: How can Qualtrics be controlled to render graphics at an acceptable (preferably controllable) size and be al

Hi All, If i have an 5 pt rating overall satisfaction question Q1, then Q2 is a grid question with 80 statements. Is there a way  to stop them proceed  to next page  if Q1 selected 4 or 5 and  Q2  all selected 1 or 2 or 3 ?  until respondent provide logic answer.

I'm piloting asking the NPS question in-line and recording partial completes. The majority of my respondents click on an NPS answer choice then drop out. I'm not sure if I should record these surveys as a valid complete because I'm not sure if the user put any thought into their answer or if they just clicked randomly to see where it would take them. I would appreciate any opinions or experience people have had on this practice, thanks!

I am looking for a way to set up a question that is more UX testing functionality like this. Where the cost dynamically changes when I select a coverage length. Could anyone point me in a direction if this is even possible and how? I’m setting up a Qualtrics experiment with 7 between-subjects groups (participants are randomly assigned to 1 group via Survey Flow randomizer). Within each group, participants see 4 blocks (S&C, L&D, I&P, A&C) plus: a First Impressions Scale block that must always appear in position 2, and for Groups 2–7 only, a Manipulation Check block that must always appear last. Each of the four blocks includes instructions, experimental materials, and a rating scale. I need the 4 blocks to be fully randomized around these fixed blocks (e.g., any of the 4 can be in positions 1, 3, 4, 5), while keeping: First Impressions Scale always at #2, and Manipulation Check (when present) always at #6. Qualtrics Support confirmed that native block/randomizer tools either randomize everything (including the fixed blocks) or keep everything fixed, and that the only straightforward native workaround would be to manually create all permutations (24 permutations × 7 groups = 168 separate blocks

I have a EX lifecycle exit survey. Employee will fill survey after that I am triggering the retake link to HR to review answer and show one question to provide answer to this HR question.
