What will this guide focus on?
This guide focuses on discovering insights, but you can also start setting up "Ideate Together" sessions within your platform or create action plans within your projects.
Accessing Manager Assist
How do I access Manager Assist?
- Log in to your Qualtrics platform.
- Once you're on the homepage, go to the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the waffle icon (app menu).
- Select Manager Assist from the options.
You'll be transferred to the Manager Assist overall view on the homepage.
Navigating the Manager Assist Dashboard
How do I view my dashboards?
Click View Results to see all the dashboards available to you as a manager.
Can I mark certain projects as important?
Yes! You can click the star icon to check mark all the projects you think are important. This will display them at the very beginning of your page for easy access.
How do I view a specific project dashboard?
Simply click on the project you want to view (e.g., "EX 25 Annual Baseline Project"). You'll be taken to the overall dashboard view where you can scroll down and look into key metrics you want to measure.
Using Qualtrics Assist (AI)
What is Qualtrics Assist?
Qualtrics Assist is an AI-powered feature within Manager Assist that helps you make key findings regarding your data.
How do I access Qualtrics Assist?
If you have AI enabled within the platform, click on the bubble icon to launch Qualtrics Assist.
What can I ask Qualtrics Assist?
You can ask questions about your data, such as:
- "How is this project's engagement doing?"
- Questions about strengths or engagement drivers
- Requests to filter data for more precise analysis
What kind of response will I get?
After a few seconds, Qualtrics Assist will provide you with:
- The percentage score for the metric you asked about
- The number of responses collected
- Follow-up suggestions such as examining strengths, engagement drivers, or filtering options
