FAQ: Setting Up Session Capture

Do I have to deploy new code for Digital Experience Analytics or session replay?
You only need to deploy new code if you are using a new Website / App Insights project. If you’re adding Digital Experience Analytics or session replay to an existing project, you don’t have to deploy new code.

How long will my sessions be recorded for?
The maximum length of a session is 24 hours. Once a session reaches 24 hours of recording, it'll be closed. Sessions close after 30 minutes of inactivity.
