What kinds of Journeys can be used in this widget?
Journeys made in the Journeys tab and those made in a Customer Experience Program can both be used in the Journey Chart widget.
Why isn’t this widget available to be added to my dashboard?
Chances are, you don’t have the correct permissions enabled. Reach out to a brand administrator and ask them to enable the permissions outlined on this page.
What is a Journey and how do I create one?
A Journey consists of multiple surveys asking the same question/s at different stages of a customer or employee’s journey with your organization. They can be used in both EX and CX product suites. Learn more about creating EX Journeys here and CX Journeys here.
