Topic: What is Qualtrics?
Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) is the only software platform that helps brands continually assess the quality of their four core experiences—customers, employees, products, and brands.
While Qualtrics offers a variety of different products, this post focuses on the Survey Platform. This platform allows users to create surveys, analyze their data, and generate detailed reports all in one place with no programming knowledge necessary.
Where to find this feature:
- Open the navigation menu on any page of the Qualtrics product and select Projects.
- From any folder on the Projects page, click Create project.
- Select Survey.
- Click Get Started.
