Custom metrics not saving

hi - I've been trying to create some custom metrics, but they don't save - even after I press the SAVE button multiple times. I've updated my chrome browser to the latest version and have updated my profile in Qualtrics. The issue is happening regardless of which browser I use. Any suggestions?

you have to hit save button below after defining custom metrics in vocalize.

hi @bansalpeeyush29 - as mentioned in my question, I have been pressing the SAVE button (multiple times in fact) and this is still not saving the metric.

Just check, is it displaying some error on hitting save, or can you clear browser cookies and try, or in any other browser.
