Is there a way to deactivate Personal Links before their expiry date?
Hi community,
I am looking for a way to deactivate Personal Links before they expire. I cannot end the data collection of the survey but some of the Personal Links need to be deactivated as that batch should not complete any more surveys. We are incentivising and, therefore, don't want people to complete the survey late and then expect the incentive.
There is a "Delete" option for each Personal Link list - does this do the job or will it simply delete it off the system?

Hey @OKastner! Check out this page for more information on Personal Links! If you delete the Personal Links list, it will 'break' all links associated with that list. New respondents trying to use their Personal Link will see the message "New responses are no longer being collected". However, if a respondent has already started the survey, they will be able to continue and submit their answers.
