How can a patron change her free account to the brand account?

Hi! We´ve recently acquired an institutional licence for Qualtrics - very happy with that! Many of our patrons have a free account in Qualtrics already - how do I get those transferred to the institutional account? Thanks for any suggestions, Mette

    Thanks - I think I found out that the patron needs to get their free account deactivated by the support team - exatly as you suggest -)

    Yeah i think so , also the data movement have to be taken care while deactivating.
