Answers for side by side question not showing up in reports


I have a simple side by side question for clients to enter their serial number and model for each device they have. However, when the form is submitted I am not getting their answers in the email or reports. They are not excluded from analysis. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is it set up as a text question with "form formatting"? If so, potentially in your report, you may have the visualization set up incorrectly. If you can find your question in the report (or add your question if you created your own report), click on it, and a panel will come out of the right hand side of the screen - then be sure to click "paginated table" so that it shows your data in a table format.

Alternatively, you could export your data in the "Data & Analysis" tab, and the information will be in there as well.

In report you have to show as two variables which are two columns that is serial number and model number.
