!

Starting now, you can ask questions of Product Manager Jamie Morningstar. Jamie covers a huge swath of our product, including Data Processing, Imports, Exports, Text Analysis, and Reporting (this includes both Results-Reports and Advanced-Reports). Wherever your survey data is involved, Jamie’s there, making things run as smoothly as possible.

Jamie was listed as one of Utah Business’ Forty under 40 and a finalist of the Women Tech Awards in 2017. Her goal is to make the way we interact with our data aesthetically pleasing, but also user-friendly so it gets us the answers we need. One of the features on her roadmap that she’s most passionate about is her revamp of the Text tab. Your ability to analyze text will soon be pumped up by all kinds of cool widgets and visualization tools, so stay tuned!

How This Works:

* If you have questions for Jamie, please post them here on this thread before August 13th. On that day, she will do her best to respond to every question she can.

* Please don’t ask support questions. If you need help with a technical issue, try posting a thread elsewhere in the community or contacting our Support Team.

* Please ask about relevant parts of the platform. For example, Jamie doesn’t design ticketing, but the manager in charge of that feature might do a Q&A someday!

* Have fun!

@Barnaby has great questions from the Twittersphere as usual!

Qualtrics users represent basically every research and experience management use case imaginable - so as Qualtrics Product Managers we need to collect signal from a wide variety of sources!

First and foremost, we collect signal from our clients directly - feature requests and bug reports, RFPs and conversations you have with Sales and Client Success, your discussions in Qualtrics Community and our conversations directly with you before, during, and after the sales cycle.

Secondly, we have a lot of great internal folks who are experts on specific verticals and use cases, so we have a wide variety of internal sources of signal: Subject Matter Experts, our own strategic planning goals, and internal groups like Tech Sales and Client Success who help us aggregate and prioritize signal.

And then there's the whole wide world of feedback, including Qualtrics partners, industry experts, and consultants, who help us think about where we can take the discipline of Experience Management.

And then we blend up all of those sources and do our darndest to continually deliver both the features you know you want and the things you never even dreamed to ask for but that revolutionize your company and discipline! We make plenty of mistakes in this wild and wooly ride, but we learn fast and get up stronger every time!
Thank you everyone for your participation! We are thrilled by this turnout, and hope to see you in future Q&As! 🙂
