Create 'Next' and 'Previous' as Look & Feel messages in your library, and translate them there. Then under Look & Feel for your survey, pick your newly created messages for Next Button Text and Back Button Text.

+3As the brand administratior, how can I set this setting as a standard? All users should work with the "text" buttons (by default) and not with the arrow buttons.
+23@flow_ndrs We have put it in the library where everyone has access and instructed that they can take it via block options -> Next/Previous Button Text and choose the translated one from the library. I don't think you can have it by default as Next, as we, for example, use Submit button as well, and it is up to the user to see where they want to use which.
