Great session, thank you! I’ve tried the AI summary for audio and video analysis and it only summarised 2 recordings out of six, I thought it would be able to summarise all the recordings?

I’ve got this message - “This feature is currently limited to a certain number of transcript characters per summarisation request”, please refer to the screenshot below. But I don’t see an option to put in a new request

Can I share these recordings with my business staff who also have Qualtrics Access? If yes, what is the best way to share? I have just started a Community of Practice and I think they would love the session from today - finally, has anyone used this moderated solution for Public Health community health assessments?

@Zoe Chen  Thank you for the question. Currently there is a limit on the length of input (from the entire library) fed into AI model for analysis, and the limit is hit with 1-2 long-format transcripts. For context, this feature was originally launched for short videos (video recordings of 1-3 mins in length) so it could process an entire library with 100+ videos, and we enabled it for long-format videos for now while working on updates.

We are actively working on the next iteration of AI summaries that will be able to process 100+ transcripts like yours, plus additional insights like recommendations and actions. The update will be available in early Q3.

Thanks for the session! I assumed there would be more questions here since there were so many questions in the chat box within Zoom during the session. When you were describing the panel options that are coming soon (i.e., third-party panel providers), would this be an additional cost added to a Qualtrics subscription?

And my second question: If someone doesn’t have a Qualtrics account, can you share recordings of moderated and unmoderated interviews and user tests with them?

Thanks again!

Could I get a recording of the event?  My computer did a mandatory reboot with 10 mins left so I missed the end.

Thank you!

There will be additional costs to buy 3rd party panel based on the type (quantitative, unmoderated, moderated, human vs. synthetic) and size of panels. However, there will not be additional cost when using 1st party panels (email lists with your own customers/clients)

Yes, you can share the individual video or highlight reels with non Qualtrics users, you can share them via a shared link and there is no credential requirements to view those shared links.
