We have activated the Qualtrics Assist feature on our dashboards. We ensured that the Text IQ model was at a decent baseline before activating Qualtrics Assist.
While the output was promising and of good quality to start, we began to notice that the model wouldn’t include the verbatims and instead include provide completely blank or “COMMENT ID” in place of providing verbatims in the output summary.
We really want to roll this out to our org but with this issue persisting, we’re concerned folks won’t rely on this feature.
Has anyone else seen this and successfully found a workaround/resolution? Thank you!
