Topic: Utilizing Workflows

Automating tasks like follow-up emails benefits everyone by freeing up time for you to focus on more important matters while simultaneously allowing for scalability & providing better customer experiences.

Workflows allow you to trigger actions such as creating tickets based on survey responses, sending follow-up emails after satisfaction scores, and sending weekly email invitations, to name a few. The two types of workflows are Scheduled and Event-based and each one is composed of events, conditions, and tasks which can be customized to fit your needs.

Upgrade your post-survey processes and learn how to build your first workflow today!

Question of the Week: What was the use case for the first workflow you created? What is the most interesting use case you’ve used a workflow for?

We use workflows all the time and they save SO much time.  Our school district has 23 sites and many of our district wide surveys have a drop-down question of what site the survey is being entered for.  Then a workflow email sends the response to the appropriate site based on the selection made in the survey.

We also have a Voice of the Customer on our website.   The workflow sends the response to the selected department which helps a direct and timely flow of information.

Glad to hear workflows have helped you and your team save time! It sounds like you are using workflows in such productive manner 😄
