Hello! I am trying to edit my profile information within the XM Community, and I keep getting an error message (Usernames must be 3-20 characters, and consist of only letters, numbers or underscores.) but my profile username is already created therefore grayed out as an option that is not able to be edited. Is there a way I can bypass this to save my other profile information?

+48Hi there! Thank you so much for posting about this issue and I am so sorry for the trouble and inconvenience. I suspect the system doesn't like that your username has a space. I am going to try updating your username on the backend to just "MeganZich" to see if that resolves the issue. When you get a chance, let me know if that did the trick!
