Hello everyone,
A few weeks ago (on May 23), I purchased an upgrade for my Qualtrics account to CoreXM because I needed access to additional question types for my online survey. However, for several weeks now, when I log into my Qualtrics account and the survey editor, I see the following message:
'Thanks for upgrading to CoreXM! We're currently experiencing some technical issues with upgrading accounts, but we're actively working on getting this fixed. This may take a few days to finalize. Thanks for your patience. Please contact us if you continue to run into any issues.'
The enhanced functionality included in CoreXM has been unavailable all this time. I have been unable to contact Qualtrics support. The Qualtrics staff I have managed to speak with have also been unable to give a satisfactory answer as to when I will be granted access to the CoreXM package.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Can anyone advise who I can write to about this issue? I was unable to reach human support.
