Add an Exit Button that Takes Participants to a URL

Hello everyone,
I have a survey that is going to be set up on a computer in a specific room. The participants will be physically present in that room when they complete the survey.
I am trying to add an "exit" button to each block of my survey, so that participants can decide to quit and walk away at any time. The exit button should take the participants to a URL homepage (which has the link to my survey) so that when other participants come into the room they can start the survey from fresh by clicking on the survey link.
Does anyone have any advice on how to add an exit/url button to each block, and specifically to ensure that once its click that participants data is considered "finished/ completed".
