Adding special labels to radio buttons in rank order

Hi everyone,
I was trying to find a solution to label my endpoints of my rank order question with radio buttons (1-10). Column with 1 should be labelled as "most important" and the last column 10 as "least important".
Any ideas how to tackle that with js?

I have been asking for something like this. It is the NPS question, where you have numbers and labels. You could just take over the NPS question and change your labels.
You could also use a matrix table with these settings:

  • Matrix type: Likert

  • Answer type: Allow one answer

  • Scale points: 10 points

  • Format: Standard likert

  • Add labels: Yes

  • Number of labels: 2
