Adding white space to one column

Is there any way to add white space to a column such that it is off side from the rest of the columns in the matrix table? I'd like the 'Prefer not to answer' option to be separated from the rest. I'm assuming this has to be done with custom code because I don't currently see an option to insert white space between columns....
