Hello, it is my first time using Qualtrics and I am attempting something which requires additional coding knowledge to execute. I am a novice coder as well, so I thought I would post a question to see if anyone has any advice. Below, I describe what I am attempting to do. If anyone has any tips for where to start or what to try, I would be extremely grateful.
I have a number of surveys of varying lengths that I need to present. The surveys are all in different blocks. There is one (slider) question that needs to be presented before and after an experimental task as well as every 2 minutes after the task for a total of 10 minutes. I want to execute this while the participants are filling out the other surveys. I am trying to get the slider question to appear regardless of where the participant is in their questionnaire responding, and once the slider question is responded to, the participants resume filling out the surveys where they left off.

My understanding about the requirement is you want to present the slider question to participants at specific points in the survey, regardless of where they are in the questionnaire at the time, and then allow them to resume the survey from where they left off once they have responded to the slider question.
Here is my approach:
1. Create a slider question.
2. Use "Embedded data Fields" to store the current position in the survey for each participant. You can use the "Set a Field's Value" action to update the value of the hidden field whenever a participant reaches a new page in the survey.
3. Use "Display Logic" to show the slider question to participants based on the value of the hidden field. For example, you can use display logic to show the slider question to participants who have reached a certain point in the survey, or to participants who have been inactive for a certain amount of time.

I did manage to get as far as you described, however my difficulty lies in getting the slider question to reappear every 2 minutes, and having the participants resume responding on the other questionnaires each time the reappearing slider question has been answered. Does that make sense? Would you have any advice for this?
