I’m working on a survey and one of the questions has drag and drop options. As you can see, the text isn’t aligned (for example, the second line of the first and fourth options. Is there code I can use to make it align?

Use your browser’s inspect feature to figure out which CSS rule is causing the indent (probably a text-indent style), then create a Custom CSS rule to override it.
