Anyway to fix the audio bar on a survey question?

I have uploaded an audio file into my Qualtrics library and have successfully added it to a question box on my survey. However, I do not want respondents to be able to download the file, nor move back and forth on the time trackers. Ideally it would just be a play button. Qualtrics support stated they could not help and it was going to be an HTML issue. Appreciate any advice.
