Assigning a value to regions in 'Hot Spot' type Question

Hi,
Hoping someone can help out here.
First some background: I'm putting together a 'Hot Spot' type question of a store shelf, with each item/product on the shelf being a region. I'd like for respondents to be given a certain amount of money ($100), and then have them click on different items on the screen and have the value assigned to the selected region to decrease - almost simulating an online shopping experience.

Is there any way that I can assign a numerical value to a region in a Hot Spot question type, so that I can have a max amount of items they can click on?

Open to any and all suggestions/solutions to this question.

    There is no option to allot certain amount to each region selected at the moment. The only possible option that we have is to set a minimum and maximum no. of regions a person can select in the question

    That would be a complicated jQuery you can use stroke width and fill color to check which region is selected. Post which you can allot a numerical value and based on clicks you need to add event listener and update the value in a blank text entry box.
