Automatic deselection of items based on deselection of other item

Hi! I have a multilpe choice question with preselected choices. I want the items to deselect automatically if the respondent has deselected the overall category. In the example: If the respondent deselects “Video” all the video formats (“Filme, Serien, Reality, Shows”) below should be deselected. If i try the show logic it doesnt work as the condition is on the same page as the item. How can I do this without having to create a question beforehand for each item?
