Can I Create A Form Which Pulls From A Spreadsheet Dynamically?
If I have a set amount of questions which don't change, but want to add links to the form, could I do this dynamically? I will have over 100 links to pdfs and I would like the same form template to be sent out to people, but the majority would have different PDFs linked on their form.

Yes you can add this information in contact list and store in embeded variable and pipe this embed variable in survey, doing so people specific link will pipe or appear in survey.
