What I need to do is send out a personalized survey to about 200 customers. We need to verify correct profile information for them. Therefore each photo has to be different. I was told by an agent yesterday that if it was in my contact list excel file it would work. Unfortunately it did not.
Specifically, I need one of the questions to be "Is this a current photo of you?" Featuring their picture in the question. Any ideas?
Hi there, if you upload an image to Qualtrics and click on the HTML view of a question that uses it, it will look something like the below:
If you upload each of the pictures to Qualtrics and obtain the URL for that picture (or the URL of wherever it is saved), you can save that URL as a value for each contact in your Contact List, maybe in a field called "PhotoURL".
Then within the Survey Flow, set "PhotoURL" as an Embedded Data field at the top so you bring in the picture's URL from the Contact List.
Then within the Survey Builder, you can configure the question to reference that URL. The question text's HTML view could look like the below:
Is this a current photo of you?

Hi Heith, I recommend checking out the solution given by rondev in the below thread. Takes some Excel work but should definitely save you some time!

Thanks Tom! kdqueue, I didn't mean to take over your post. It caught my eye as I was trying to do something very similar recently.
