Hi all,I am seeking help for the following issues:I  need to calculate the BMI atomatically based on the height and weight that is provided by participant in the survey.  Individuals with BMI less than 18 and above 40 will be excluded (end the survey).	There are couples of items regarding appetite where participants are required to answer only one (either item 6 decrease appetite or item 7 increase appetite). I have to add a note for participant to complete either item 6 or item 7. Same with weight (Item 8 and item 9).	I have to exclude the participants based on their total score in a scale. Individuals with score less than 10 and above than 20 will be excluded (end Survey) from this study. The methods of scoring is1. Enter the highest score on any 1 of the4 sleep items (1-4) ____2. Item 5 ____3. Enter the highest score on any 1appetite/weight item (6-9) ____4. Item 10 ____5. Item 11 ____6. Item 12 ____7. Item 13 ____8. Item 14 ____9. Enter the highest score on either ofthe 2 psychomotor items (15 and 16) ____TOTAL SCORE (Range 0-27)I am new to the Qualtirs and It will be highly appreciated if someone could help me to resolve these issues.

Have you explored the scoring and math operations? While you can use JS, I would strongly recommend using something that you can tweak based on your future needs.
