Can't import a QSF file with custom code

Hi! I've been trying to import a QSF file that has custom JavaScript code on it, but whenever I try it it says "You do not have permission to use JavaScript in the survey editor." How do I change this? Is it necessary to have a paid account to be able to use JavaScript? If so, what plan do I need? (CoreXM standard, advanced or professional)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, we need to upgrade the account as free account do not support custom code. On which account type you need to upgrade, can be best explained by qualtrics sales person based on your other requirements like number of email, number of responses, etc, so reach out to them here
